25.01.2022 We are looking for local relocators to take over this page. We have moved out of the area as have several other of our team. So if any local Ellenbrook relocator is interested in a well established page and multiple calls each season. If you are up for the call to help your local community out. Then please pm the page and we can chat. Cheers. ERR Team.

25.01.2022 Bit of an early call. But the boys are off to a snake in Landsdale inside a house.

25.01.2022 What a last week and a half. Weve been super busy already. Tiger snakes in the Vines. Dugites near a school. Multiple bob tail lizards all over swan area.... And they just the ones we could make it out to. We have had to hand ball a lot of calls this week. Thank you goes out to Peter, another awesome relocator for all his help. Love when us relocators can work together to help out reptiles and people who are experiencing stress from having a reptile on their property. Remember be aware with the warmer weather, all reptiles will come out to warm themselves up and look for food. Been a long winter for them.

25.01.2022 Eastern states snake but still very relevant here in WA.

24.01.2022 This is what happens when people dont know what they are doing. Smh! Please dont try this at home.

24.01.2022 Dugite around the lake near the cafe and IGA shopping centre on Flecker Prom. We are attempting to catch it at moment. Please be careful around that area. It has a high volume of resident snakes.

21.01.2022 From our friend at Western Reptile Removal.

21.01.2022 As of 1/1/2019 people no longer need to hold a reg 17 to do relocations. The license means nothing any more. This means any one can now relocate venomous snakes without being trained and competent and no knowledge in catching and relocating snakes. ... Please be careful if you no longer choose to call a trained person to relocate any reptile from your property. You can get seriously hurt or bitten trying to remove it yourself. Our role as relocators is still to provide you with a service to remove reptiles from your property if you choose to call. Being trained and competent in the removal of venomous snakes is the safest way to be. Have a safe time. Eyes open and be careful.

21.01.2022 Here is all the Perth wide numbers for relocators. Save your local number.

20.01.2022 So good to share relocations with others. We couldnt go to this one so sent them Micks number. He was there within minutes and bagged a young dugite. Networking done right gets great results!

20.01.2022 Advice on what to do if bit by a snake. Should add, dont worry about getting the snake killed and collected for an identification. The hospital has a test to be able to determine what type of venom it is.

20.01.2022 If anyone is missing a stimson python in or around Ellenbrook area, please let me know. Pictures for proof of ownership will be needed before snake is handed over. Thank you.

20.01.2022 Call out for this gorgeous big healthy turtle. Picked it up and taken it to our safe release spot. Love these call outs. Easy and fun.

19.01.2022 Boys off to bobtails in a back yard this arvo, earlier they were at a house with a snake under the deck. Its definitely starting to get a more reptile active time of year.

18.01.2022 Boys are off to a brown snake in Belhus/Upper Swan.

18.01.2022 We dont take many photos of our relocations. But thought we would today. Check this gorgeous little critter out that we picked up in The Bridges today. Was in a kitchen trying to get under the dishwasher. Thankfully it didnt get under. Its now safe in the bag and will be relocated to a lovely near by (but not too close) location.

15.01.2022 So many call outs recently. Ranging from tigers to dugites and a few other species we dont get to see too often. This is just a reminder that snakes are still around, so be vigilant whilst youre out and about, but also be vigilant in your house. We have had 4 calls this week for snakes in houses and garages. It doesnt happen too often thankfully but this week it has been. This can be lessened by closing doors properly and making sure flyscreen doors dont have holes in the mesh. So be safe and check doors.

14.01.2022 A lady is tonight in hospital quite ill after being bitten by a young snake. This lady rang her daughter earlier in the evening saying "Im going to bed cos Ive been bitten by a snake" the daughter argued with her mother for 3 hours to get her to go to the hospital. Ended up getting her there some time around midnight. Please, please I enforce the fact that it is so important that if you think youve been bitten by a snake, you dont hesitate to go to hospital. If it wasn...t for the daughter turning up at her mums house, who knows how long this lady would have taken to get to hospital or if she even would have. The lady has a migraine, shooting pain from the bite site, vomiting and a few other symptoms. She is very lucky her daughter was so insistent that she go to hospital. Please also dont try to catch the snake. Hospitals have tests they can do to determine what type of snake it was.

14.01.2022 Thank you City of Swan for calling us today when one of the workers found a young snake. Absolutely love that the word is spreading that these beautiful creatures dont need to be killed in our suburbs. You just need to call a relocator. There is plenty of us in Ellenbrook now. If 1 isnt available another is. Networking and education is the key to saving the reptiles.

14.01.2022 Off for a suspected Dugite in Simmonds pass.

14.01.2022 Unknown Snake in a walk in robe tonight in Henley Brook. Should be a dugite or a Tiger snake in that area.

14.01.2022 This is an awesome place to go to if you want to learn about reptiles.

14.01.2022 They are just not worth the money.

10.01.2022 Been a busy few days for us. Some we have got some we have missed. Please be careful whilst gardening or walking through bush. Snakes are out and about being the inquisitive critters they are.

10.01.2022 Thank you to the 2 lovely ladies who called today in regards to 2 turtles at a school in Ellenbrook. They are safely relocated into the lake near by. Even though relocators no longer need to be licensed, its awesome to see the calls still coming in to trained people to help protect our wildlife.

09.01.2022 Call out for a turtle this morning. Its been hit by a car and has some damage done to its head and shell. The spot on Gnangara road between the school and west swan road is a massive hotspot for turtles crossing. Thankfully a lovely man stopped and picked this one up and called us. We are in contact with the turtle rescue people and will be headed off to their vet very soon. Fingers crossed.

09.01.2022 Very crazy call in/out as i walked into the kids school today taking daughter to dentist. Principal was at the door and said oh hey we have a snake can you help. Sure, i said. 07.01.2022 Well what a busy day already. Multiple call outs for snakes around the areas. Boys are now off to Railway Pde in Upper Swan for an apparent tiger snake.

04.01.2022 We just went out to this gorgeous little tristis monitor at a house in ellenbrook. Love looking at these critters. Relocated back into the bush near by but not too close.

02.01.2022 We are no longer in the area but Our good friends have moved in to the area and are available most days around work hours. This is what they say. If you happen to find one of these on your property call us, and well happily come and safely remove it. Most people are bitten while trying to kill snakes. Dont be that person. This is a volunteer service. Donations are appreciated as it does cost us money, but not expected. ... The animals health and safety is our priority. 0473449616 See more

02.01.2022 Just a little bit of an insight into the top animals that have killed people.

01.01.2022 Gorgeous little jans banded picked up tonight. Will release it tomorrow in a safe good spot for these critters. Was a feisty one haha. Love these critters.

01.01.2022 Call out just now to the Doctors surgery for a little dugite in the drain. When we got there it was out of the drain and a very easy catch for such a warm day. Thank you Darren for the help.

01.01.2022 We can no longer rely on the wildcare help line for help with snake relocations. Please look into this new to perth network for any future help with snakes and wildlife.

01.01.2022 This is a good read and may help some that have a fear or hatred of snakes. https://snakeman412.wordpress.com//breaking-the-snake-bar/
