25.01.2022 Spirit of rugby right here! Thanks to one of our dads Matt for sharing and to Joondalup Brothers RUFC for helping to make the first round amazing! U9's including 5 Joondalup Brother who assited in the 1st half, before we manage to get all our players on field. All in all a good start against a strong outfit... with 2off NEW starts in Siope and Hunter who both took honours in the top 3 player awards of the game with Mason in the middle.. A well deserved effort by all considering many of them had only just learnt a number of key elements of the game ie : scrums and lineouts...Gooooo VIPERS Matt

19.01.2022 Annette our team manager from U13s - I have to say.... i am so proud of each and every one of our players today. They took with field with 11 players, we had no subs, you were all exhausted but never gave up! You executed some amazing tackles, some strategic runs were had and again...you never gave up. I think there are going to be a couple of sore muscles over the next day or two! Thank you to everyone on the side line for cheering us on. For example search Ellenbrook Vipers U13s Parents 2020 ask to join and you will be approved 2. Your child must have a mouth guard for game day on Saturday the 4th of July... 3. You must register you child as a participant currently a lot are registered as training only which means they cant take the field for the game on Saturday. This needs to be done by Tuesday the 30th of June 5pm, if you need assistance with this please come see us on Monday at training.............. NO REGISTRATION, NO PLAY! If you require financial assistance due to hardship, please come and see us at training Monday or pm us ASAP! THANK YOU

10.01.2022 Its great that we have a day of extra awareness around mental health, although many that are going through tough times may shy away even more from speaking up on these days for many reasons. This year in particular has been tougher and more peculiar for everyone. We are lucky in WA that we have the ability to be able to move freely and participate in sports etc that help assist us with a somewhat normality. But, mental well-being is different for everyone of every age. Fo...r our kids this year is tough. We as parents have been navigating these strange times and doing our best to assist and talk to our kids. Our family The Vipers are here for you all, parents, kids and extended Vipers family members. If anyone needs us at any point in time on any day and not just on R U OK Day, reach out - sometimes its easier to talk with those that are not in your face everyday. 01.01.2022 Saturday 12th September saw us hold our last scheduled home carnival for the 2020 season. We thank all of the visiting clubs for making our home carnivals such a pleasure to host. Our volunteers that start at 6am and are there till pack up, thank you . We couldnt do this without your constant support! Thank you to the amazing crew from St John WA for providing us with exceptional care! Our U13s didnt have a fixtured game this home carnival, so our amazing and very game... parents, uncles, aunties and even grandparents decided to push themselves and have a game. This was most certainly the highlight of the day as its not a regular occurrence! We think we may have a SCRUM team in the making! Whos in for 2021?
