19.01.2022 LONG LIVE THE WRITTEN WORD I have the biggest soft spot for printed publications - give me a well-designed magazine, newspaper, book or brochure and I’ll devour it. To me, there’s always a place for this kind of content in our modern lives, even now when everything seems to be digital. My biggest career highlights are centered around magazines; work experience at Cosmopolitan Australia, self-publishing my own regional lifestyle magazine Far West Living (pictured) and most recently designing for Aussie-owned titles Breathe, Mindful Parenting and Audrey. Despite mass closures of many print titles across Australia of late, I’ll always be an avid reader (and designer) of magazines A lot of heart goes into creating every issue so be sure to support your favourites!

19.01.2022 Mama fuel this morning with the NEW Mindful Parenting Magazine This was the last issue of MP I was fortunate enough to design for before commencing maternity leave and I have to say, I think this issue is my favorite! Mindful Parenting is the perfect parenting companion, featuring so many incredible articles about embracing a mindful approach to parenting and looking after yourself. And, how’s that cover art?! 19.01.2022 One of my favorite projects to be a part of as a designer Breathe Magazine Australia was just one of the lifestyle magazine titles I was fortunate enough to design for prior to taking maternity leave from full time work! 16.01.2022 Hello beautiful design fam! I’m just popping my head in to say hi and provide an update! I’ve been receiving lots of inquiries lately about whether I am taking on any design work at present. As a bit of a workaholic who lovvvvves my business, it’s been super hard to say no, at the moment I am not taking on new work while I settle into new mum life. Our little man Remy is my main focus right now and I would hate to commit to any larger design jobs and not be able to delive...r my best work in a timely manner, particularly while our boy is still so little. Rest assured, I will announce with much excitement as soon as I am able to open my books again for clients, and I can’t wait to be able to create again for you all! It won’t be too far away hopefully so please bare with me Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has shown interest in wanting to work with me! I’m excited to see what magic we can bring to life so soon. 12.01.2022 While we may not be required by law to wear masks here in NSW (yet) I figure most people I know are starting to wear them to the supermarket and shops as a precaution. While the COVID situation is beyond crummy, we may as well support small businesses who are sewing and making masks! If you own, or know a small business making/selling handmade face masks please tag them here! I’d love to support those who are trying to help make a difference right now even if in this small way! 12.01.2022 We've been thinking... We've had a lot of new faces still trickling in on this page despite the magazine/website being on hiatus for some time now. HELLO to all... of our newbies, we love seeing there's still a want and need for sharing stories of the beautiful far west region of NSW. Since our last issue we've seen a long relentless drought, awful bushfires and now COVID-19 has rocked us all BUT, there's still lots of positive, wonderful things happening in the region despite it all. 11.01.2022 It’s been a big year already and I know so many people are excited to hear restrictions are slowly easing on event attendees, like weddings! The most beautiful moments are yet to be made for loads of couples and just because plans may have had to change, it doesn’t mean the finer details of your day need to be overlooked. Wedding invitations, signage and stationery are still so important when it comes to bringing cohesiveness to your big day and your wedding style. 04.01.2022 Is there anything cuter than a newborn baby?! I think not! While I’ve been busy raising our own newborn over the past 6 weeks, look at this gorgeous little crumpet my good friends welcomed earlier this year Little Rúibí you are such a sweet heart! I loved creating these little birth announcement cards for our friends to share with the world. Who wouldn’t love receiving one of these postcards in the mail?!

03.01.2022 When your baby has a long nap - what do you even do with yourself?! #selfie to remember this quiet moment (I know they often don’t last that long ) I may currently be on maternity leave but that doesn’t mean I’m not still brainstorming, brewing and thinking about creative projects on the regular. What exciting things will the next few months bring? Probably a lot of couch time and baby cuddles for me! But I wouldn’t change it for the world Happy Saturday peeps XX
