21.01.2022 Teddy is back and available for adoption. Unfortunately Teddy is a little too strong on the leash for his new older family whod like to walk their new family member everyday. Hes coming back into care so were urgently looking for a foster or adoption home in NSW!... Terrance, affectionately nicknamed Teddy, is thinking maybe he hasnt found his home because he blends into the decor Teddy has come a long way in the past few months! He is crate trained, has basic obedience and has learnt a lot in mixing into a pack He does get a little over excited when initially meeting new dogs, and when this happens he does enjoy some rough play. But once he settles in hes such a joy. Hes been best friends with our Golden Oldie Nikki whos 9 years old and definitely puts him in his place, and he spends his day playing with 6 month old pups! Hes still getting used to be being around children, and though he loves them hes fairly clumsy in paying attention to how big he is around them. 20.01.2022 Feeling like some Peach Pie Peach and Pie are the cutest brothers Their fully vet worked, they get along with other cats, and kids, and have the confidence (and still young enough) to meet some cat friendly doggies.... Theyll literally fit into almost any household But theyve received 0 applications?! Currently located in Booval QLD. !! Our cat adoption fees are only $150 during Meowvember !! 20.01.2022 Sorted CRITICAL!!!!! Foster home needed in Brisbane surrounds today... Benjamin This guys family was taken in by another rescue and hes been left behind Hes a Bull Arab x, approx 12 months old. He is better suited to a home with older kids. He loves his humans and will need someone who is willing to put alot of time into him, he hasn't had the best start to life so far but loves his humans. He's been fine on transport regarding the other animals etc and has lived with other dogs with no issues

20.01.2022 Thursdays are dedicated self care days in the EAR household. The theme of the day is... Help your future self ... How do you help your future self? This could be getting ready for an event. It could be organising your finances. It could be booking your doggo into their next training course. For me, its tackling those big projects that get delayed or put on hold due to the time theyll take, or those things that have been on my to do list for too long now. And then.. once Ive made a solid effort there, Thursday nights are fill my own cup nights. I use this time to spend with my gorgeous girl, and my family, and extra focused time on the foster dogs I have in my care. Were posting this as a reminder to those that need it. You CANNOT fill other cups if yours is empty. And while were not online on Thursdays, Well be back doing what we do tomorrow

19.01.2022 Do we have any followers or carers that could help with a cattle dog and their pup? They are unfortunately on transport arriving around Brisbane in the next few hours I have no information on them or photos, but they dont seem to have an issue being surrounded by the animals on transport.... This isnt a breed we would normally take in. We are doing our best to help, so were even looking for a temporary carer to hold them for a couple of days while we can work out something as there wont be any vets or boarding kennels open.

16.01.2022 Have you met Kiara? Kiara is part of our Lion King Litter with Simba, Kovu and Nala. Kiara is currently in foster care with her sister Nala in Warner QLD ... Shes microchipped, wormed and had her first vaccination, and her adoption fee of $550 includes her desexing. Kiara is energetic and not as much of a poser, but those wrinkles on her forhead are just the cutest! Kiara is a confident and strong little girl. Like her sister she is responding so well with training. She is learning pretty quickly how to sit and wait for her food. She is gaining confidence with new things and walking on a lead. She is great with babies, a busy house and noisy kids. Kiara is similar to her sister in a lot of ways, really the only difference is she's just alot more sure of herself. Nala will come up and really want a snuggle, Kiara is a bit more independent (sometimes just a bit naughty) but she is eager to please and will listen if she's in trouble. She is still a cuddly girl and loves when we lay down together and will happily snuggle up. She also loves to play with her sister and chew toys. She sleeps in her crate at night, she's happy to go in there and she's also toilet trained. She loves being inside with her family and is just a friendly eager to please.

13.01.2022 Available for Adoption Gypsy is a lovely soul, very friendly and playful. She's beautiful to look at and she loves humans.... She is friendly with children and will sit and cuddle quietly but when they start to run and play around this turns into a game. She's going to be an active girl, and will love a home that will take her on adventures or give her something to do - like obedience classes or flyball! Gypsy definitely wants to please and will take in what you want to teach her so she's perfect to be heading into a puppy class now. All in all she is a gorgeous puppy, very loving and affectionate. Shes a 3 month old suspected rotti kelpie kid located in Keperra QLD.

13.01.2022 Were looking for 2 foster homes to help us bring this family into care These guys urgently need a place to stay. The top picture is Dad,... Hes a male catahoula and while we dont have much information on him, he is good with others. Dad will ideally be in care until adopted, but we are open to temp carers. The bottom picture is Mum, Whos confirmed ready to pop in the next fortnight, and in desperate need of TLC. Mum needs a dedicated carer who can take care of her and her family until they are old enough to be rehomed. Mum is a 4 month commitment! Shes unfortunately not had much training and is a little scared of life, so she needs a patient home and most definitely some crate training.... She doesnt quite know how to interact with dogs, so isnt suited to a home with a dog that would be bothered by her getting up in their faces. 08.01.2022 Seeking Foster Homes Need to escape the pound TODAY! (With the exception of the rotti x who is urgent but wont be on todays transport)... These 4 dogs are urgently seeking foster homes in and around Brisbane surrounds / Ipswich / Logan / Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately there is limited information on them, but all are okay with other dogs And all are mixes (but not related). The dark dogs are males and the other 2 are females. All will be desexed in care.

07.01.2022 Update : Nala is currently on hold due to the number of applications received. We need a chance to go through the adoption applications and organise meetings with those who match. ... Nala is a very sweet girl, whos available for adoption! She's a bit of a poser and loves the camera. She has responded so well with training. She sits and waits for her food and is so eager to please. She doesn't like to be told off so will stop whatever she's doing thats naughty and will listen. She rarely barks when other dogs in the neighborhood start up. She's gaining confidence with new things, like going on the lead. She is great with kids, from babies to loud active big kids and with new people. She loves to play with her sister, playing tug of war with her chew toys and ropes. She has learnt that when she is inside she needs to be calm and will generally just follow you around the house or happy to cuddle while you watch tv. She loves to snuggle up close and as soon as you sit down she'll lay as close to you as she can. She sleeps in a crate at night (which is inside) and is toilet trained. For a puppy she really is calm and responsive and is just a really nice, cuddly girl. She will benefit from continued training and lots of love to build up her confidence and loves to be part of the family inside. Nala is located in Warner QLD with her sister Kiara. 05.01.2022 Update : Simba (in the front) has just left on Adoption Trial. His brother Kovu is still available ... Last but not least is Simba. Simba is part of our Lion King Litter with Kovu, Kiara and Nala. He's a pretty smart, confident guy who simply loves his people. Simba is crate trained and has basic obedience such as sit and lay down. He's calm in general but as a puppy does have some playful energy to burn. Simba is totally child / kid friendly and at such a young age will flourish in most homes with the right socialization and training.
