15.01.2022 Researching what it means for people to change... My standard is the same with anyone... that if people from an underprivileged background grow up to commit crimes... then they realise they have to change to, if they have made the appropriate change then why shouldn’t we let them show they are reformed. Despite what people have done in the past, if they acknowledge what they did in the past was wrong then put in appropriate safe guards to prevent themselves from recommitting ...to a toxic way of life. Then why shouldn’t we let them rejoin society as new, at the end of the day. We are all born to unique house holds which carry unique influences. Some of these circumstances lead people down a destructive path, so when people want to turn their life around... shouldn’t we help? Or should we just say that’s they are beyond repair..?

12.01.2022 I believe in a democratic way of thinking, everyone is good until proven otherwise. I believe people are inherently good people and that people all are intellectually unique. Skin colour isn’t a deal breaker for me or what people say.... The reason is that people are all uniquely different in how we think and how we articulate our message. As my belief is that we are all a circumstance of our surroundings. As the saying goes, sticks and stones may break my bones but names can never hurt me. This resonates with me because of human behaviour being so vast in how to deal with daily issues, people should be able to deal with things different to make things better for themselves. I embrace people on their actions and not their speech because that has the ability to make irreversible change. Words do not stop ones actions. This is a very personal topic of mine and the more and more I think about it. It comes to be very true.

06.01.2022 You may think that learning from others in the past is totally irrelevant because the methods used weren’t trialed in this day and age. Look at Sun Tzu who wrote the art of war. This book is thousands of years old and yet entrepreneurs use it as references on thinking and strategies when approaching tasks in this day and age.... For some people, a proven way of thinking from the past won’t always work. In order to know that, it’s important to trial these things out then pick and choose what works on this particular journey to take to the next one.
