23.01.2022 Tip of the day - always make sure your bathroom Is well ventilated. Yesterday I visited a property that had cracked and flaky paint around the shower cubicle only. The window in the shower did not open, the window over the vanity was never opened partly due to the direction of prevailing rain and the ceiling fan was noisey. In such instances Steam/water from the shower continues to collect on the cornice/ceiling in the shower rather than being encouraged out of the cubicle by airflow. A maintenance issue that can be prevented.
