06.01.2022 Great to have a visit from Geoff Howard MP to our Colonial Apartments - Student Accommodation Project. Today was a great example of how Elmstone tries to use local businesses. Geoff was checking out the work being done onsite today by local Ballarat businesses including Robson Glass, P&B Kennedy Earthmoving, Scott Johnson Electrical and Westwood Landscaping, but he was most excited about the line-marking from Smith & Will. We had a little trouble getting Geoff off the machi...ne - but luckily we somehow "forgot" to turn the paint gun on while marking up the tennis court - that can be our little secret! We are currently taking applications from any students interested in brand new accommodation that is designed to support them into, or keep them in study. Rents include all outgoings including NBN and are at least 20% under market - our 2 bedroom apartments lease from $208.00 per week. Feel free to tag a friend that may be interested.
