17.01.2022 Lately I've been either rehashing past experiences over and over, or stressing about future events so constantly, that it began to have an impact on my beauty sleep! I have been reminded of how important self care is, and that taking time out to do absolutely nothing is a necessity for mental health. This quote says all that needs to be said in fewer words and it really inspired me to let some things go. If you are feeling bogged down or worrying too much, please take some ...time out of your daily routine to just breathe, do things you enjoy, and to be in the moment.
