Our amazing celebrant Sharon Crowfoot will be our celebrant for Saturday and Sundays wedding and the best DJ and MC in the world Ronnie Tee (he paid me to say that ), will be playing some groovy tunes tomorrow. 18.01.2022 We know how much everyone loves an outdoor fire pit and so do we, but the time has come to an end for this season. As from October 1st, the fire pit will have its lid put on to convert it to a big round outdoor table for the warmer season ahead. If the nights are cool enough over the next few weeks, we can light our indoor fire place. After last years shocking bushfire season, we have the greatest respect for the conditions we must adhere to and our amazing local fire fighters.

15.01.2022 Please don’t panic! We will get through this bump at the start of the year. Remember we are classed as an outdoor venue so we have a lot more flexibility than small indoor venues. The only hiccup will be if you have guests coming to the wedding from states or hot spots that have gone into lockdown. You are seriously going to have to consider going ahead with your wedding even if some people can’t make it, as you could postpone your wedding again and again and the same thing might happen a few months down the track. In these uncertain times, wedding dates are changing all the time and when you book with us if you need to change your date all you have to do is contact me and I moved every supplier over for you. When you are organising your own wedding and book your own suppliers, it is likely you will be booking many of the following suppliers: ... venue celebrant flowers cake photographer videographer stylist planner Dj Mc bar staff wait staff photo booth live musicians accommodation cars caterer hair and makeup......just to name a few. So if you need to change your date, you have to change your date with every single supplier and if one or more suppliers are not available, you will lose your deposit with that supplier. Standard terms and conditions with wedding suppliers (particularly during this pandemic), is that they will swap your date over but you most likely will not get a refund. 02.01.2022 We all hoped that Covid would go away allowing us oto get on with life, however it seems it’s going to be sticking with us on and off this year and hopefully not for next year. So what does this mean for your wedding? There’s no point any one of us putting our head in the sand, It is what it is and we have to find a way to live with it. I believe the way forward with weddings is guest numbers will be smaller and you must realise that a border closure may go up suddenly the ...week or even the day before your wedding, so you need to understand that if certain people can’t come from interstate that you will need to proceed with your wedding. You’ll also need to be mindful that if certain suburbs and states become suddenly classed as hotspots, that those people also will not be able to attend. We are very excited about this year and we refuse to allow this to bring us down. We are very fortunate that we are classed as an outdoor venue which gives us a whole lot more flexibility than most venues so you are in very safe hands with us.
