25.01.2022 A message on COVID-19 from El-Phoenician Group. At El-Phoenician Group, we’ve always believed that hospitality is synonymous with three things. That is, delivering exceptional food and beverage, providing warm and welcoming service, and -- above all else-- caring for our guests, staff, suppliers, and the wider community. Which is why, due to the current global crisis, our duty of care has motivated us to cease all trading including take-away.... Our decision to close will be implemented across our three venues; El-Phoenician Parramatta, Private Room on Church, and Jounieh in Walsh Bay. This will mean that we will not be accepting new bookings at any of our venues. We will also be personally contacting those who have existing reservations or have forthcoming functions with us on how to proceed moving forward. Our hearts are heavy and we are truly devastated not to be able to open our doors during this period. However, we remain hopeful that this will pass soon, and we can get back to delivering fantastic experiences for you again. We'll be in touch to inform you of any changes towards our plans for reopening. Wishing you and yours an abundance of health and happiness and look forward to seeing you at one of our venues shortly.
