24.01.2022 Established in 1854 as one of many coaching inns along Brighton Rd, The Elsternwick Hotel was a notorious haven for criminals due to its isolation on the track from Melbourne to the Mornington Peninsula, by 1866 she was known literally as the Beer House Hotel.

21.01.2022 After the recent roadmap announcement with the first steps to reopening pubs across Victoria, we wanted to let our locals know we won't be reopening on November 2. We will reopen again when the restrictions further ease, to welcome more guests (safely, of course) to bring to life the pub atmosphere you've been missing.
