25.01.2022 I’ve not always been a ‘girls girls’, heck growing up I always found myself having more male friends than female friends - and now I know why! The Fitness Industry is one of the biggest going right now - nearly every human and their dog have fitness blogs on Instagram or any other social media platform which is wonderful to see people supporting one an another especially during these times. Whats not wonderful to see is females who probably aren’t as ‘Instagram Famous’ as o...thers, who look up to these Insta Famous people for inspiration - I see them not get a response or any support back and its really hurtful! Its hurtful because its happened to me and still sometimes happens - it makes me feel super rejected and not good enough - its hurtful to know that not all females can stick together and empower each other. I just want some people to know and realise. Likes, comments, shares and followers it all means nothing! And if you find yourself surrounded by people who are like this, then please distance yourself because it only brings you down. If you are reading this and find yourself going ‘wow I do care about likes a bit too much’ or ‘I should of replied back to that girl who reached out’ then please swallow some pride and start treating ALL females the same and not just the ones that suit you. I still struggle to make girlfriends and I always thought there was something wrong with me, or I’m doing something wrong or I’m just an unlikeable person - but I’m not and you’re not either. 18.01.2022 Nutrition Tips to Keep you on track! I’ve had a minor surgery recently which has put me off any sorts of training for a few weeks - I’ve got to really listen to my body during this recovery so I will most probably start with some lighter training before I get into my usual regime! Now because I’m not training, my nutrition needs to be tip top to keep me on track otherwise I will lose the motivation to get back into it once I’m recovered! ... Here are some of my tips that may help you if you need to have a training break that are helping me! 1. Stick to whole foods! Eating fresh ingredients is much better for you than those ultra processed, artificial foods your great grandmother wont even recognise! 2. Look at nutrition labels! Check for any sugars or sweeteners and try avoid them - also if you dont recognise any of the ingredients listed, DON’T EAT! 3. Take it slow - It takes a while for your body to register that its full - eat slowly so your body does have the time to tell you its full and you can stop yourself from overeating. 4. Only eat when you’re HUNGRY! When we’re bored we eat, when we’re tired, stressed, or even watching Netflix we eat! When you go to get some food, ask yourself why. Am I really hungry? Because maybe food isn’t the answer. 5. Make your own snacks! You can make your own muesli bars, protein balls and bars to prevent yourself from eating processed snacks. 6. Limit the bread - there are plenty alternatives to bread and also if you can’t see yourself saying no to bread trying going with Gluten Free or naturally fermented breads. #nutrition #fitness

Water slides/inflatable rides or slides scare the crap out of me because during Leavers in Bali 2016 I went white water rafting and injured myself going down a big drop. Everyones raft stopped, my life flashed before my eyes and I couldn’t move my legs for a solid 3 minutes - thought I was paralysed! 3.
