18.01.2022 SENIOR COACH POSITION 2021/22 SEASON The Eltham Cricket Club is seeking applications for the position of Senior Coach (playing or non-playing) for the upcoming 2021/22 season. The Eltham Cricket Club is affiliated with the Diamond Valley Cricket Association (DVCA) and currently comprises 3 Senior teams and 4 Junior teams, and a high level of participation in our Blaster Programs.... The Club was formed in 1862 and is one of the oldest in the Diamond Valley. Recent redevelopment of our home ground has resulted in refurbished nets, new pitch, new change rooms and social rooms. We provide a family orientated environment that is inclusive. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: - Excellent cricket knowledge and ability - Level 1 or above coaching accreditation - Effective communication and organisational skills - Strong people management skills Remuneration is negotiable, dependent upon experience, ability and qualifications.
