22.01.2022 Getting the paints out just for the fun is always a nice way to do some self reflection. I feel guilty or slip into self judgement sometimes when I paint... but it's also a powerful exercise on simply letting go and going with the flow. Almost like doing a meditation where you observe the thoughts but instead of holding onto the thought, you stay the observer and watch them float in and out. No filter on this at all! I just love the boldness of these colours! Not perfect, neither is the chair behind, but neither am I ...but a fun process I must remember to do more often!
