Why not go for some seared Sirloin Steak served with garlic herb butter Try this at home and don’t forget to tag us @elvyspremiummeats so we can see your delicious recreations #elvyspremiummeats Combine softened butter, tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsb finely chopped parsley, 2 tsp fresh thyme. Rub the steaks with olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook steaks for 6-8 minutes on each side (or until preferred doneness).
