24.01.2022 It's a jumping castle kind of day

17.01.2022 Over the past few weeks we have been focusing on pre-writing skills, shapes and the life cycle of a frog. Today we had fun experimenting with milk, food colouring and dish liquid. The children were mezmerized by the reaction. 1.3 Children develop knowledgeable and confident self identities 2.4 Children become socially responsible and show respect for the environment. 4.1 Children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commit...ment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity. 5.2 Children engage with a range of texts and gain meaning from these texts. 10.01.2022 As my first year as a family day care educator comes to an end I want to wish all my children and families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year! I have loved watching the children learn over the past year and even more so loved seeing their cheeky personalitues shine through. I am sad to be saying goodbye to some children as they head off to C&K and Prep but super excited to welcome some new friends! Stay safe and I look forward to more adventures in 2018
