No matter what you were doing we hope you were able to take a moment to pause and take a breath before starting the new year. A few important updates from us . . . ... Please note we have now switched off the old Fresha booking system. All online bookings are now made through our new & updated system, Timely. You will find the link to book in our bio & on our website. The team at Elysha Lee Hair will be doing their part to keep our beautiful clients & staff safe & well. All clients are required to scan and check-in using the QR code before entering the salon. Face masks are required to be worn at all times by staff & clients. Hand Sanitize on arrival and when leaving the salon. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, including children, as this impacts on the social distancing rules within the salon. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have been to a hotspot, if you have been in contact with anyone who has been to a hotspot, if you have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive or awaiting a test result for COVID-19 or if you have any of the following symptoms - sore throat, cough, flu-like symptoms, fever or fatigue. We took on board the feedback from our clients and have moved across to a more user-friendly and efficient platform. Use the link in our bio to book in for your appointments.... Timely will now ask for a booking deposit to secure your appointment. You can either roll this over to your next appointment or use on the day of your appointment and pay a new deposit for your next appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when making changes or cancelling your appointment to avoid losing your booking deposit. Bookings can be made via desktop, phone device or via the Timely app. Due to the changeover our EFTPOS system is not compatible as yet. Please bring cash or complete a bank transfer when paying for your appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this transition.
