22.01.2022 It's the last few days to buy a ticket to this Saturday's Altitude Workshop Joe's Basecamp with Gareth, Bill and Joe. There are less than 15 places left before ...it's sold out, so best get in quick! My section covers anything-and-all 'head stuff' (Joe's technical explanation) of being at altitude. From changes in the brain, decision-making and risk perception, to motivation, teamwork, self-regulation; and finally the psychological tools to help you have the most amazing trip ever. 14.01.2022 Celebrations Elysium HP-style..... tonight marked the official finale of the Joe's Basecamp x @EHP x Halo Neuroscience x Australian Catholic University (ACU) Clinical Trial (and yes, there are a bunch of teams involved there!) so we thought that a party in the gym was in order. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts to all of our 25 participants from JBC; to JBC itself (in particular Joe Bonington @ellyweaver @MeganBowman @jeremymaher); to all the trainers at JBC (incl @mattreid @graemebooth @jbbennett Tess Christianna Underhill), and especially to our research team @mfraser37 @psimpsonyoung and @emmamalueg. This has been a labour of love for us for over two years, and we’re privileged to have worked with so many amazing people along the way. Here’s to the future of tDCS, performance and human (and athletic) amazingness!

We’ve had approx 30 pers through the testing over the last week... and CAN’T WAIT to finish testing and start sifting through the results!
