A big thank you to Mylene and Fitzroy for sharing their beautiful fruit with us. Of course, Autumn is harvest time for many native fruits - why not visit the cellar door for a tour this long weekend!

04.01.2022 Meet the winemakers and vignerons of the region during this weekend's South Coast Winter Wine Festival. #WinterWine14 At Elysium Wines we are now processing Lemon Aspens, whose flavour is a piquant mixture of lemon, lime and grapefruit with a hint of eucalyptus. Its a great opportunity to glean a better understanding of what's involved in handcrafting each bottle of native fruit wine that we produce.
