25.01.2022 HOW OFTEN WOULD YOU WRITE SUBSCRIBERS "INFORMATION" EMAILS VS. "SALES" EMAILS. My top tips for this GREAT question from a member of my Facebook group, the Email Lab... - Don't compartmentalise your information/value based email from your sales emails. If you are adding value then you can connect that value to your product or services.... - Regular emails should always have a call to action. That can be directly to your product or services and also to a blog/video/etc. With the second option, if you're sending someone to your blog/video then make sure the place that you're sending people to has a CTA to working with you. - For launching - this is different because you're creating a short sale period that has a start and end date. Make sure you have a lead in time to build a waitlist (your hottest leads that you can be more direct with selling to). For other people, make sure you lead them into your launch offer with stories that really resonate with them and ALWAYS focus on outcomes of your products or services over features. See more

24.01.2022 Don’t be a ‘promoholic’. Find ways to build relationships with your customers that goes beyond the sales email. Here’s some ideas: Thank customers/subscribers for their support. Reflect. Make sure to say Thank You in the subject line and in the body of the email. ... Share a pertinent blog post or article that relates to your business and core values. It doesn’t matter if it’s written by someone else. Share it anyway. And no, you don’t need to seek permission to share this content if it’s already published. As long as you credit the author. Share tips or hacks that will add value to your subscribers lives and teach them something. E.g. A how-to guide, parenting hacks or styling guide. If you sell a product, share an instructional video or guide to share on how to use it. Answer FAQ's, show BTS and your process. Share your best reviews. Great for emails where you might want to share our WHY. Don’t forget to write with your ideal customer in mind. #smallbusinessgrowth #growingyoursmallbusiness

24.01.2022 HAVE YOU EVER ASKED YOURSELF... What do I write in my marketing emails? How do I know if I have the right type of people on my list? If so then you're welcome to join my free FB group the Email lab where you'll find the answers to these questions as well as a fantastic group of product and service-based business owners all looking to use email marketing better for their business. 22.01.2022 ' ... To kick off... do you have an end of year offer in mind, or are you still working on it? - - are you planning a last training session or workshop for the year?... - - are you planning a new release, a sale, a launch? Do you get into Black Friday/Cyber Monday or give it a miss? Pop your plans in the comments below. I'd love to know.

21.01.2022 I love this image from Kelly Malka Though thankfully I didn't have too many tears in 2020 (except during home-schooling!). One of my intentions for 2021 is to be more visible but in a sustainable way.... I'm more introverted than extroverted, though given the right setting I will take on extroverted characteristics - BUT in the wrong setting my energy gets zapped quicker than a bug zapper (ahhh, the serenity...bzzzz!... not a sound....bzzzz! - that's for my fellow Aussies ). By sustainable I mean choosing very carefully WHERE and HOW I show up to share my content so I can make a meaningful impact, and be able to do it CONSISTENTLY (another intention of mine is consistency). What's an intention of yours for 2021?

21.01.2022 I was so fortunate to have a front-row seat to watch Emma from Pretty Social Club grow her awesome business! Her biz inspo: After two moves to new areas she found it challenging to make new friends and find that sense of belonging... so, she created a business to help women in her local area find their tribe and get that support and community-feeling. As Emma says in one of her emails: "Pretty Social Club is an easier way to make new friends - because, let's face it, meeting ...new people can feel awkward AF." Amen! So, if you're a woman living in Mandurah who wants to meet a great bunch of women head to Pretty Social Club for all the deets.

20.01.2022 It's been a while since I talked about myself, and given I have a bunch of new followers I thought it was time I said HI again. I'm TAMSIN. Email marketer, business owner, mother of two, wife of one. I believe email marketing can be a simplified and blissful place for you and your business.... There’s so much noise out there about what to send and when to send it. If the latest stats are anything to go by then you should definitely send a 436 worded email on a Tuesday at 10:23am while facing North-West and standing on one leg. Seriously though, there is no one-size-fits-all email solution because your email program should be as unique as your business. And I’m pretty sure that you didn’t create your business to be like everyone else’s, so your marketing shouldn’t look like everyone else’s either. This is where I come in. I steer you through strategic email marketing planning and show you how to implement it to get results. I look at your whole email program and work with you to improve and grow it. I show you how to fill your emails with content that will keep your audience opening time and time again. I take your ideas and turn them into fully powered automations that work while you sleep. I take your email template and give it a spit and polish to make it work better for you. I turn jargon into plain English. I take the confusing and break it down for you to understand. I’m not here to simply tick off my to-do list and send you on your merry way. I’m here to coach, teach and do. If you want to work with me, start with a 30-minute Zoom chat - we can discuss your options, time and budget. https://calendly.com/emailmarketingmum/30minutes

19.01.2022 , ' ' ... , . BUT, I do have something exciting that I've shared with my subscribers this week... and that is the launch of the Email Lab. It's my f.r.e.e. Facebook group for email beginners and anyone looking to up their email marketing game.... Now, if the thought of another Facebook group just made your eyes roll a little, let me explain what’s going down because trust me, this ain’t no build it and ditch ‘em group. Instead, it's a place where the best email advice and support happens. Period. I've been in there this week sprucing up the place and it's looking pretty warm and inviting, all ready for Shayna Blaze to give me her critique. : . I'm a HUGE fan of bringing new knowledge to life by actioning it. So, if you're interested, head to Email Lab by The Email Marketing Mum to join.

18.01.2022 When I began working with Eileen, she had already written a 12 email nurture sequence (which I love!). She asked me to work through her emails to proofread / edit / optimise each, and look at her entire sequence as a whole. As I worked through her sequence, I could see where emails could be moved around, how timings could be altered and also how to pare back her template to let the content shine through. Making over emails and review existing content is going to be a focus of... mine for 2021. I really encourage anyone to have a go at writing their own emails and really putting themselves onto the page (screen). And if that scares you, then look out for my Email Makeover Masterclass being released this week. I edit onscreen 6 different styles of emails from service and product based businesses. And, I also explain the strategy behind each... because every piece of content needs a purpose. Join the interest list... https://theemailmarketingmum.com.au/email-makeovers-master/

18.01.2022 CONTENT PILLARS - WHAT ARE THEY? They are the CORE themes that make up your content strategy. They address your audience's pain points, challenges, desires, and needs. Some real quick examples to bring it to life...... If you're a fashion brand your content pillars might be: What's on-trend? (to keep your audience in-the-know). Styling tips (confidence building/education). Sustainability (where you source your garments/how they are made). Or, if you're a business coach your content pillars might be: Foundations (setting up your business for growth) Marketing (the growing part) Mindset (sustainable growth without burn out). As you can see they're pretty high level. When thinking about creating your pillars, think of them as a framework that the rest of your content hangs from. The important thing to understand is that pillars stop you from creating random bits of content because everything you do needs to link back to one of your pillars. Your pillars should also be things that you talk about or teach over and over again to help your audience learn HOW to overcome their objections and reach their goals. If you don't have your content pillars in place then how do you know what to write to your subscribers (and on your other marketing channels)? I can catch you up with a content planning session. It's you and me deep diving into all the things you have to say so you'll never be stuck for ideas again... https://theemailmarketingmum.vipmembervault.com//v/1043774

17.01.2022 , ' . ' #... LOSE THE FILLER WORDS... When my coaching clients send me their email copy for feedback, one of the first things I do is look for the words that aren’t pulling their weight.... You know the ones that bloat out your sentences and make them unnecessarily lengthy? My advice: If you can get rid of any words without losing the meaning of that sentence then do! Here's some key filler words to watch out for: a bit kind of sort of quite more or less pretty actually fairly rarely a little at the moment currently Now, read each sentence below WITH and WITHOUT the words to understand how unnecessary filler words are: I wanted to tell you about... There are 5 spots available to my course... I get excited when I hear that... Understanding your worth is like... It's common that... If you'd like to learn how to get new subscribers to know, like and trust you then get on the waitlist for my course: How to create a standout welcome sequence AND get 20% off when it launches 19th August! Join the list: https://theemailmarketingmum.lpages.co/create-a-welcome-se/

16.01.2022 - . I had the pleasure of working on BOTH of her businesses - The Gut Healing Community and Wellness Media Studio, setting up welcome email sequences, automating data and list cleaning (SO important!).

16.01.2022 Writing a regular email to your subscribers can be hard. Especially if you dislike sounding too salesy and maybe even have an aversion to receiving marketing emails yourself. Here's a QUICK FIX to help remind yourself about how awesome your products or services are...... ...REMEMBER YOUR VALUE BY OUTLINING YOUR BENEFITS. Start by writing down HOW your offer will change your customer lives for the better. Will they: Give your customer time back? Alleviate stress? Squash guilt? Lighten their mental load? Indulge them? Give them confidence? What about comfort? Have one or more things in mind? Awesome, you got BENEFITS! And if you didn’t know already, benefits are what draw people to your brand. They are also the place that you should write your emails from as opposed to a product or service features. By keeping benefits top of mind you’ll never feel like your email copy is too salesy or pushy because you’re writing from a place that serves. And if you want more tips then head to my bio to read the full blog: How to write a killer email (when you hate writing emails). https://theemailmarketingmum.com.au/how-to-write-a-killer-/

16.01.2022 How to write emails that engage your subscribers Your customer - talk to your audience in their language. Your emails should be written as if you were speaking to them in real-life so that your copy sounds natural. In a nut shell: write like you speak! Using Active vs. Passive voice always aim to use an active voice because it’s more direct and authoritative.. and, you tend to use fewer words! It’s also way more natural sounding than writing in a passive voice, see ex...amples below: Active voice The wedding planner is making all the reservations. Passive voice All the reservations are being made by the wedding planner. Use YOU (and by You I mean them) A quick fix for using your active voice is to use the word You in your emails. As in: You’re going to love this OR, Don’t you just hate it when This instantly draws the reader into the conversation with you. What are your fav writing tips? Share them below...

16.01.2022 Imma take a wild guess here... You spend the year sending value-packed emails to your subscribers... building trust, engagement and sales... ... but, you want to take a break from creating new content because you’ve been busting your hump to making it all happen. ... Sleep-ins are at the top of your to-do list (and by sleep-in, I mean 8 am vs. the usual 6 am wake up call from a child/pet/garbage truck/thunder/snoring partner). Yes? Here’s a way you can keep your list warm WITHOUT having to create new content. Ok I lied, there are actually 6 ways... - A THANK YOU. Plain and simple and with no agenda. Let your subscribers know how much it means to you. - WEBSITE CLOSING DATES. If you're planning to close down, let people know. Even better, invite people to be notified when you're open again (another reason to email them!). - SALE. If you've got one don't forget to put a series of emails together to promote your sale. - START YOUR WAITLIST. If you've got something coming up/launching and you’ve already got the content sitting there then start drumming up interest with a waitlist, or even consider pre-selling it. - A COLLECTION OF SUMMER-RELATED BLOGS OR PODCASTS. If you have a back catalogue of content that's helpful to people now then let them know, e.g. looking after your summer skin, easy summer recipes, 5 ways to entertain the kids while you work on your business. - A COLLECTION OF YOUR MOST POPULAR CONTENT from the year, e.g. your most read blog posts or listened to podcasts. Enjoy! Psst!... WANT TO WRITE BETTER EMAILS? If mastering the art of writing better emails for your business is a goal of yours for 2021 then you might like Makeover My Email Masterclass. Watch me break down how to write better emails from a range of real-life examples from my community - business owners that have well thought out strategies and just need a little help to nail their execution. The class is $49 until January 6th. https://theemailmarketingmum.com.au/emailmakeovers

16.01.2022 It's good manners to thank the people who supported you throughout this crazy year (and, it’s also a simple marketing strategy). You’d be surprised how few thank you messages get sent. When your subscribers know that you appreciate them they’re more likely to have positive feelings towards you and your business.... And if that wasn’t enough to convince you, thank you emails can receive +40% open rate. , ? For starters, the people that bought from you this year. That’s your customers, members, students... and even those that didn’t but still supported you in other ways, like being on your email list. - ‘ ’ ? Yes, I know two words do not make for an exciting email, so here are some other things you can include: Talk about what you're thankful for and why. Invite your subscribers to hit reply and do the same. Talk about your take on the year that was. Wish people good health (last year I wished my subscribers a safe festive season because bushfire season had already started). Divulge your 2021 plans by choosing a couple of big-ticket plans or goals that you’re aiming towards in your business. This can help create interest and remind people why they love you. Most importantly don’t ask for anything in return.

15.01.2022 Yip - especially this time of year when there are so many extra layers worn... and socks... argh, the socks...!

15.01.2022 I've been working with Jessica Osborn, Marketing & Business Coach for two years and I feel super privileged to see firsthand how she continues to grow her business and support so many women entrepreneurs. As Jessica's business grows, so does her email program - not just her list, but her regular email updates and all-important automated email sequences. It's ever-evolving without being overwhelming. The trick is to work on your email program bit by bit, look back at what you'...ve learned and take forward insights to make it better. It's not a box-ticking exercise, and if you approach email like it is then you'll always play small. And, if you're looking to up your entire marketing strategy game then I know just the person... Jessica is soon to open the doors to her next VIP round of Business JAM. You can get on the waitlist today so you’re ready to pounce on her insiders-only bonuses (trust me, you'll want to get in on these!) - https://jessicaosborn.com/business-jam-waitlist/

14.01.2022 WHAT TO WRITE IN EMAILS | CONTENT PLANNING I know a lot of you get stuck on what to write in your emails so I thought I'd go into getting motivated for writing (even if you hate it), and some simple ideas you can start with when planning out your content. This is one of my favourite quotes (below). ... It rings so true because the more you do the better you'll get. So my question to you is: What do you think your biggest roadblock is when it comes to thinking of what to say in your emails?

14.01.2022 Answer using a GIF: how do you feel after pressing the SEND button on an email to your subscribers?

14.01.2022 It’s been a while since I did an intro post, so instead of going over old ground, I thought I'd share a few things I’m looking forward to this year... 1 - Creating a new family routine. After last year we just rolled with the punches. At one point my working hours went right down to two half days a week and as many nights as I could manage. At another point, I was able to work 4 days a week. No two weeks were the same, so I'm looking forward to a bit of stability as my husban...d slots back into full time work, Harper is in day care 3 days a week and Oliver starts Yr2. Never again will I take routine for granted. Ever. 2. The above point means that I can really focus on creating more courses. My goal this year is to have courses generate more revenue than my 1:1 clients currently do. It's a big goal but if I don't make it big then I'll never get there. 3. Finally, writing. So much writing. For myself and clients. I write most days, but this year my goal is to write every day. I enjoy it SO much which is weird because I'm married to a writer and I've worked with many writers but never considered myself one. Now I realise it's my favourite thing to do. So, if you don't feel like writer (and you need to write emails to your audience) then hang with me. I've been where you are. What are you looking forward to in 2021?

13.01.2022 Comparing email providers can leave your head spinning, especially when every provider makes their platform sound like the one for you. I’ve made sense of email platform features from the most popular service providers used by Australian small businesses. Everything is collated into an easy-to-access online document. You can access it in my Email Learning Hub in the free resources section: https://theemailmarketingmum.vipmembervault.com//view/10/

13.01.2022 Imagine sitting down each week to write an email and already knowing WHAT you’re going to say! Not worrying about whether you’re annoying your audience with same-same-y content that doesn’t say anything new. And instead, getting inspired by your very own unique ideas that make your next email effortlessly come to life on the screen in front of you. KAPOW!... And, the BEST thing about always knowing what you’re going to say is that you’ll create a consistent flow of engagement boosting emails that will become the cornerstone of your sales strategy. 12.01.2022 ? Great question! I've put together this mini-lesson on the top 3 types of engagement rates you should be monitoring for your emails - Open Rates, Click Through Rates and Unsubscribe Rates. Grab it over on my f.r.e.e. resources hub (link below).... I also show you 2 of my own email campaigns and how my engagement rates helped me to uncover what improvements to make to future emails. 12.01.2022 SPOILER ALERT... People don't hate receiving emails... they just hate receiving bad ones. Like the one that SHOUTS at you to BUY the thing! NOW! Or, the one that comes out of nowhere to sell you a new course or membership.... Or, the one that’s all pictures and no words. SO, WHAT MAKES A GOOD EMAIL? Emails that grab attention and truly connect with people all have one thing in common they’re written by one human to another human. But when our inboxes are cluttered with tons of bad examples, it’s little wonder small biz owners don’t know where to start. That's why I've got something easy, simple to understand and affordable coming at ya very soon. Oh, I'm SO excited for you!

11.01.2022 How do you feel about your lead magnet? Love it Hate it It's OK What's a lead magnet?

10.01.2022 ... = ( ). Exceptions for this would be if someone has subscribed to a daily news service, or is on an interest list for a product or service that it set to launch.... ( ) = ( ) + / . Both of these reasons could be down to these two factors: - Expectations were not set up correctly in the first place. If your subscribers are expecting news and tips, but instead you're bombarding them with sales and discounts then don't be surprised if they hit the unsubscribe button. - Equally, if you're emailing too often, but not adding value then subscribers are more than likely going to unsubscribe. Ensure that you're giving (adding value) to their lives as well. This could be in the form of tips or how-to's. ... > Emails are no longer of value - You gotta ask yourself, did your ideal customer change or did you? Something is out of alignment here... > Emails don't provide the content that was promoted - this is like a breach of trust. If your sign up call-to-action says one thing but you actually lump people into one list and send everyone everything then stop it. The best thing you can do is segment and tailor your messaging. People notice. > Emails where people don't believe they signed up - of course people can forget they signed up, or perhaps it was at an event on a paper form. Either way, when you get someone's email address make sure that they have expressed their consent to being emailed. You don't want to be on the wrong side of the Law. > Emails contain typos, dead links and other professional things - first up, always proofread your emails. Always. Second of all, check your links... all of them. It takes minutes but saves the embarrassment of sending an apology email later on. And lastly, assuming you don't have a tendency to send nude photos of yourself to your subscribers, then I think this last one could be a bit subjective. Remember, you can only please some of the people some of the time.

10.01.2022 When was the last time you sent an email to your subscribers?

09.01.2022 Hi, I'm Tamsin. 08.01.2022 What is ONE thing that made your life better this week? What is ONE thing that made your life better this week?

08.01.2022 You don't need to compare social media and email marketing because they’re actually marketing BFF’s. When you have them working together, it can help increase your brand 'touch points' which helps your audience to remember (or recall) your content. A touch point is when someone sees your brand, service or product in front of them - so your website, your email campaign, or your social media post - and they engage with it.... So for example, if you have a Facebook Page for your business, here in Australia we have pretty good organic reach vs. number of Page Likes which is 7.6% (The worldwide average is 3.4%). That's great, but what if you made a point of getting those followers/Likers onto your email list where email deliverability is >95%, and open rates are 21%? BOOM! - you've got a much stronger chance of being seen. That’s why your social media and email marketing strategy should be working together.

08.01.2022 Love this question. Here's 3 ways you can clean your list today... Sending campaigns on a regular basis will keep your list clean because it can act as a reminder to non-engaged subscribers to opt out. That's a good thing because you don't want those sorts of people on your list. They're actually doing you a favour. Create a segment of people who haven't opened your emails in 90 days (or, some people prefer a 30-day limit and others a 180-day limit - it depend on your pre...ference). Once you have this segment, send them a special offer like a discount OR if you're a service-based business, a piece of value like a downloadable resource. Those who don't open can be unsubscribed. Do the above as an automation. This means that your list is cleaned constantly throughout the year. Investigate how your Email Service Provider can do this for you. And if it's not obvious, ask.

08.01.2022 Finding your perfect email service provider can feel like a minefield - you may have already done some research and ended up going in circles. There are actually two-steps to choosing your ideal provider and I've broken them down into easy-to-follow lessons for you in my F.R.E.E. Email Learning Hub. Sign up using the link below. https://theemailmarketingmum.vipmembervault.com//view/10/

07.01.2022 SO, we all know that spam filters are designed to stop us from receiving spammy emails into our inboxes BUT, this also means that you need to be aware of what words can trigger spam filters that place your emails into the Junk folder or Promos tab. The obvious spam trigger words are: Guarantee, Buy, Sale, Cashback and discount. But what about other words or phrases...?... Funny you should ask... Access - as in, join today and get instant access. These two words together (and separately) are a no-go. Get paid - ever seen an affiliate program proclaim that you can 'Get paid while you sleep?'. I have. Deal - Makes sense, but also think about slang phrases like 'It's no big deal.' What are you waiting for? - Thanks to years of infomercials for that one! Once in a lifetime - see above. Visit our website - this one is SO easy to write. Of course you want to direct people to your site. And my personal fav... This isn't spam - I'm getting Nigerian Prince vibes from this one.

06.01.2022 ' ? I was asked this question recently and I realised how much I take for granted that this is knowledge other people have too. So, I thought I'd break it down into my TOP 5 reasons why email marketing is awesome...... 1 If you’re sending someone an email it’s because they asked you to. For this to happen they had to hand over a piece of their own personal information, their email address. This person has consciously said, Yes, I want to hear from you. That’s like giving out your number to the cute guy at the bar (so I’ve heard). 2 ** Posting something on Insta or Faccy that results in zero likes is like a punch in the gut. If people don’t engage with your post, no one sees it. But if no one sees it, no one will engage. The truth is in Australia, we have pretty good Facebook organic reach vs. number of Page Likes (7.6%). Considering that the average reach for any kind of post on Facebook worldwide is 3.4%. But, then compare that to email where deliverability of your email is 95% or more, and open rates are 21%. Well, you get the picture. 3 ’ When someone reads your email, nothing else appears. There’s no red dot indicating a new post or comment. Just your email. Given that we have short attention spans and are easily distracted (hello, cat videos!), that’s a huge bonus. 4 ’ Picture this, you’re walking down the street and pass someone you know. As they are within hearing distance you tell them about a webinar that you have coming up. As they pass by they give you a thumbs up. Nice. They’ve acknowledged you, but you can’t call them back to go deeper into detail because they’ve already rounded the corner and are out of sight. This is social media. Now picture this, you’re sitting across from someone, and you’re in a café having a coffee. You have their attention long enough to tell them about your webinar, what it's about and when it is... and they are listening. This is email. 5 , You can see your subscriber’s interests by what they clicked on. You can then follow up with a more targeted email to just those people. You can also see who DIDN’T open the email and re-send it. And, you can ask people to opt into special interest lists (like a waitlist) and know that you have hot leads ready and waiting to sign up to your next thing. Basically, you can give people more of what they want and less of what they don't.

06.01.2022 I GET THAT NOT EVERYONE IS INTO EMAIL as much as I am, so I was wondering if you could sum up how you feel about using it for your business in as a GIF. Mine is below, but I'd LOVE to know yours.

06.01.2022 Do you think you should bother about building an email list if you’re fully booked? No? Ok, cool.... Let me ask you these questions: How are your leads finding you at the moment? How do you currently nurture existing clients and maintain solid relationships? Are you hoping to grow your business in the future? Just because you’re fully booked now doesn’t mean you will be in the future. Nurturing your relationships NOW by creating meaningful connections will help you to get a jump start on growing your business later on. Remember, remaining top of mind matters. ------------------------------ Want to learn how to build your list and other email strategies? Join my f.r.e.e. 06.01.2022 Clickbait. It happens with email marketing too. When someone uses a subject line that sounds so compelling you just gotta open the email only to find... Nadda. Zip. Zilch information that actually informs. It 's me right off, and it probably does your subscribers too. ... So, if you find yourself creating a subject line just to grab attention because you secretly know that your actual email content is a bit iffy, then just don't send the email. Sometimes you can do more damage than you mean too. Also... Moooo!

05.01.2022 Content pillars - what are they? They are the CORE themes that make up your content strategy. They address your audience's pain points, challenges, desires, and needs. Some real quick examples to bring it to life...... If you're a fashion brand your content pillars might be: What's on-trend? (to keep your audience in-the-know)). Styling tips (confidence building/education). Sustainability (where you source your garments/how that are made). Or, if you're a business coach your content pillars might be Foundations (setting up your business for growth) Marketing (the growing part) Mindset (sustainable growth without burn out). What are your content pillars?

05.01.2022 HOW TO address an email do-do () with your subscribers... What do you do if you mess up your subscriber email? When should you send an apology email? ... The best thing to do is ask yourself: Will I add CONFUSION or CLARITY by sending a follow-up apology email? The most common mistake I see is when a business provides an incorrect or broken link. Here's what you do... 1 Own the mistake. 2 Apologise. 3 Explain (briefly). 4 Provide the correct link. Keep it simple and (if appropriate) light-hearted. Remember, no one is perfect and it’s good for your subscribers to see that there is a human behind the brand. : - Oops! I sent the wrong link! - My bad. Correct link here! - Oops! Now with the correct link! , : - Oops! That’s the last time we let the work experience guy send our emails! - Sorry to leave you hanging! Here’s the link you need! - Eek! Wrong link! Here’s the actual one you need to get you that 20% off! - If you made a typo. - If you accidentally sent the same email twice. - Sending the wrong coupon code (if you can fix it in the back end then do!).
