23.01.2022 Phone Scam Warning. Unfortunately, a client of Email Solutions received a phone call from "Telstra" this afternoon claiming that someone "hacked their internet". When the caller asked the client to enter their bank details, the client realised that this was not a legitimate call and that they were in the process of being scammed. Although they rebooted their computer to disconnect the caller, the computer has been corrupted and requires re-installation.... PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CALLS! Scammers may sound convincing, so stop & think before giving anyone access to your computer, especially if they call you. If there is a problem, you will be the one to call your internet provider or IT specialist. If in doubt, hang up & check with your IT specialist.

11.01.2022 Tequila & Google.. It goes hand in hand. I was lucky enough to attend the Google Cloud Summit. Love what Google is doing to help businesses, big & small. It was such an inspiring event, and so many great people and speakers there. Here are my 7 take-aways: 1. Putting Partners First - they really showed the importance of partnering with the right businesses. Fostering great relationships can grow any business... 2. Networking Goals - always set goals when you attend events. It will keep you focused. (I hit my goals) 3. Build deeper relationships - Stay on top of clients by meeting regularly to continually understand their changing needs. If you don't someone else will. 4. Case Studies - a great way to demonstrate solutions to problems and the value you deliver is by sharing client case studies. Go deep with these cases studies. 5. Small Marketing Opportunities - take advantage of small marketing activities, even if it is a listing on a website. These small activities can build up over time. 6. Cool Food - a great event should have awesome food and Google did not disappoint here. Just take a look at the photos. 7.
