The organisation refurbishes the computers to supply to disadvantaged children and adults across Australia, PNG, Solomon Islands and Tanzania to name a few. 20.01.2022 Construction Skills Training Centre are pleased to inform you that we will be conducting our Entry Level Program Certificate I in General Construction [CPC] every Monday at CSTC, Salisbury [Mixed schools] week commencing 15 February 2016. Spots are limited, so please contact me ASAP if you have a student/s interested in completing this course. The General Construction course will run for 18 days [this will be conducted 1 day per week]. (Numbers are limited to min 15 max... 20 students per class. Completed and returned Engagement Policies will be considered first). This qualification is fully funded (PLEASE NOTE: from July 2014, the VET investment budget will provide funding for students to complete one employment stream qualification while at school). Years 10, 11, and 12 students are welcomed to participate in the course. All students are responsible for providing their own Personal Protective Equipment - high visibility shirt, hard hat, gloves, safety boots, ear and eye protection. Students are expected to have purchased their PPE prior to commencement of the program so practical work can commence immediately after delivery of the Workplace Health and Safety unit. Please ensure the student engagement policy document is completed and have these returned prior to course commencement to myself either by post or email along with other requested documents (see below). Any candidates that are under the age of 18 years must have their parents/guardians sign the attached policy prior to commencement (signature required on the following pages - personal details (page 3), and the medical consent (page 10). All students undertaking VET courses MUST have a USI number (unique student identifier number). This number MUST be obtained by the student prior to commencement of the course, please refer to the attached document with tutorial notes, Applying for your USI. Documentation that must be supplied prior to commencement: USI numbers MUST be sort before the course commences LUI number MUST be given to CSTC PPE MUST be sort before the course commences Engagement policies MUST be sort before the course commences Students MUST provide: full birth certificate Please dont hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
