03.01.2022 Embark Property Inspections completed two Initial reviews for client/s building in Leichhardt on Monday 8th December 2014. Our Inspector attended late afternoon and on conclusion the report noted that there were a number of minor defect items still to be rectified by the builder prior to handover. Embark Property Inspections are hopeful that all items will be completed for our mutual client/s upon the 2nd & final review of the properties.
