24.01.2022 Cheers to meeting up for a cuppa! Starting tomorrow we are allowed to have 10 people seated inside - so if you're planning on coming in for lunch it might be best to book ahead (call 6843 1008 from 9am) Plus we'll be putting the tables back outside so an additional 4 people can be seated outside.... While this easing of restrictions is welcome news for many we're still not in the clear so please remember to maintain social distancing and follow NSW Health Dept instructions about stopping the spread. 23.01.2022 For the past year we've been doing everything we can to help reduce the potential risk of covid infection and it spreading while still being able to service our community. We've been sanitising like crazy, using disposables to limit touching used items (mouth/saliva contact) , ran deliveries during lockdown, and have been updating our protocols diligently as new restrictions and advice came out. But with the threat easing so too will some of the measures we've had in place ...(other than what is required by law like electronic signing in, 2sq metre rule, etc) Starting in the next few months we will (in order) Reintroduce crockery, cups, glasses, and cutlery Start accepting reusable coffee cups again Reopen the back area These will happen *slowly* and we will announce when we'll be taking each step so please bear with us. We'll also snap back if there is a reasonable threat of another wave that could spread to Baradine. As always we appreciate your support and understanding so much

22.01.2022 Starting this Monday (8 Feb) we will be open till 7pm on Mondays & Tuesdays* Our regular menu will be available all the way from 8am through to 7pm. *This is a one month trial: Monday 8 Feb - Tuesday 9 March, depending on popularity we will continue, extend, or revert to our usual hours.

16.01.2022 As you know we've been prioritising safety around covid for months now but as of yesterday we are officially 'Covid Safe' registered with the NSW Gov. **NEW REGULATIONS** All dine-in patrons are required to sign in... We would also appreciate it if you could sign in if visiting from outside of our local area, even if getting takeaway. **10 PERSON LIMIT** We are still restricted to a person limit in store, that includes people waiting for orders as well as dining in. If possible please wait outside for your order. If coming in a large group to eat in please call ahead on 6843 1008 Even if it's only 10 or so minutes before you arrive so we can try to reserve you a table As always thank you so much for supporting us through this difficult time

As such we will need to close on Sundays to do our weekly behind the scenes magic to make all the things you enjoy Sorry to those that will miss us on Sundays, and look forward to seeing you all on Mondays

12.01.2022 In the very near future we'll be welcoming a new addition to our little family so this means there will be a few changes at The Embassy 1. We will be closed Sat 30 and Sun 31 May 2. New staff -... most will be familiar faces but they might not be familiar with your order, so if you have something a certain way eg sugars in your coffee, no cucumber in your salad, please let them know when you order. 3. Kitchen closes at 2:30pm- you know Will is a sucker for letting people slip in a late order but to keep everything consistent (and to ensure staff can get home or to school pick up on time) the kitchen will strictly be closed at 2:30pm. You'll still be very welcome to grab a coffee, milkshake, or slice between 2:30-3pm but no meals. 4. No deliveries - Due to us taking time off and the easing of restrictions we will no longer be able to do deliveries. 5. Thanks - We feel like can never offer enough thanks to those of you who have supported us over the past three years, not to mention the very stressful past couple of months! We look forward to catching up in person when things return closer to normal. Ella, Will, and Poppy.
