18.01.2022 Ohhh hey Tis’ Me, Renée Thought I would do a quick about me as it’s been a minute or three (any one else feel like there was a time warp... March-blink-July!?) Little Zen Den is my first born child, grown from a place of ongoing healing and wanting to share knowledge, love and fun with my pocket of the world.... I am a Master Trainer (which means I teach yoga teachers), personal trainer, massage therapist and just last week was accepted into the @yogafitinc Yoga Therapy program (which just quietly I am INSANELY excited about). I’m a sucker for wine and cheese and absolutely adore summer in Perth. If I’m not reading/studying then I’ll be walking the dogs, cooking or deep into a Harry Potter binge. Yoga is more than the poses and I incorporate many aspects into the guided practices. I may be bias, but we have have a super amazing Little Zen Den family and my heart fills with joy as I watch the transformations. Peace out Renée

Your health and wellness is always our priority and whilst we won’t be able to see your smiling faces on the daily, we will have loads of tools that we will be sharing with you. . Members, please keep an eye on your emails and our socials for updates. .... Many small businesses will be feeling the financial and emotional impact of this for - well, who knows how long. . Where you can, please support your fave little businesses and take up the online classes and purchase vouchers for those florists/salons etc. . Now is where we can put into practice all of the limbs of yoga... let’s band together and practice -ahimsa (kindness). . An embodies life is one that integrates a range of yogic and other tools to create balance. Inspiring our community to be more present, to feel empowered to connect, grow and embrace curiosity with compassion, to work and play. We love to workout and drink wine. We know the importance of taking time out, working hard, connecting, recharging... we aim to live a life that feeds our purpose and aligns to our why. And always... spreading love and light.

WHY sOOOoooOooO many plants?... 1 - because I can 2 - indoor plants help to remove toxins/pollutants from the air 3 - plants generate more oxygen 4 - they helo to raise your vibe and bring a sense of calm 5 - increase the humidity level which is good for our lungs and skin 6 - the list goes on... but they also just look good and make any room so much more inviting Not a green thumb? check out my story for my recommendations on some 'easy' plants to care for (i.e. don't need much love)

03.01.2022 This question is important every single day. Probably more so this year. Hold space. For others to have time to answer. Take some time to whole heartedly . Hold space - for yourself. To sit with your feelings and delve into your thoughts. Things take time to process, making time for this is !... Know your role when you do ask. I have many people that just need to blow off steam, talk until their lips are chapped and just the act of sharing that load, can be all that was needed. Some people don’t need advice, coaching, or being told to ‘keep your chin up’. It is okay to say I don’t know what that is like, but I am here for you. Instead of assuming what that person needs, let’s ask I hear you are going through a really shitty time. What does supper look like for you right now? I could bang on for hours about the importance of genuinely asking this question and being open to what follows. Although you may have experienced something similar, everyone’s story is different. Open your mind, heart and ears. And of course, when it’s called for, open your arms and embrace your friends with warm hugs Oh and one last thing... it is okay to not be okay. All things are temporary and this too shall pass. Reach out to friends or seek out a professional, this world can be oh-so-tricky to navigate. Asking help to get back to the path is so very okay!
