Knowing your pink bits and having brain chemistry to them can be very self-empowering not to mention a great way to promote really great pelvic health for yourself. Think of your Yoniverse as having three elements. The outer sanctum - This includes the vulva, mons, and outer lips.... The sanctum - Includes the soft inner lips, labia, the head of the clitoris, and the delicate openings of the vagina, urethra, and anus. Constant mind chatter especi...ally critical mind chatter leads to chronic head lock. Which is a sure-fire catalyst for putting the brakes on a pleasure-filled life. Learning about pleasure can be hard for all of us. We live in a world where we get told a whole lot of mistruths about pleasure and solo s*x. As May is celebrated globally now as masturbation month or as I like to call it mindful self-pleasuring month the theme for our next In-Person Embodied Feminine Flow Women's Monthly Class May Gathering is all about healing the shame around allowing pleasure into our lives, bodies, and everyday interactions. Through breath, sound and movement and so very useful conversation will come together for a couple of hours to explore a circle of pleasure.
