20.01.2022 A much loved and wise friend of mine who has now departed this earthly plane once said to me .. To fully explore the mystery of the elements allow yourself to sit with them individually and daily for a good 6 months , absorb the experience of each subtle sensation that element offers . Feel it, touch it, smell it, hear it, taste it with such intricacy that you become it. I moved from the bush 12 years ago and landed in a seaside village surrounded by the beauty of l...ake Wooloweyah on one side and the ocean on the other . It was there I experienced a deep insight into the feminine energies of the water element. Then along came Covid which brought forth quite a few turning points in life, one being that of clarity,that it was time to move on . And that I did. I sold and bought within a week. It was in flow. Now back on the land again, the earth beneath my feet, a new chapter has begun . The body has landed into the beautiful matter that surrounds me .The networking of the bush, the wildlife, the breeze that moves amongst the trees, the tranquillity that engulfs me at times of endless silence, the interconnection of all . And so, here I am .home soaking in the grounding element of mother earth.
20.01.2022 The first big creative project on my little piece of paradise besides installing another water tank and small shed , which were , yes practical and essential though, still a little boring ..was the construction of the bush shower . When I first moved onto the block last October we were moving through the drought and the land was still recovering from the bushfires. In this time I received such an appreciation of our gifted water. Showering and washing up in a tub , t...hen carting it to the garden and beyond to the newly planted trees became a pleasant ritual that built good leg muscles and refreshed my memory of how precious and valuable our water source is. So the bush shower was designed and built in this time by my creative daughter Amber to accommodate the xmas gathering of the Harrison tribe. She chopped the small trees down with something that resembled a bread knife , dug the 2mtre deep holes by hand, juggled a 3 man job into a solo creation by improvising as only a woman knows how when there’s no man or mother around to help with the hard yakka . Thankfully the heavens opened up with abundance before xmas tribe gathering and over flowed the old and the new 15,0000 litre tanks. Finally I could ditch the tub out of the shower and sink and enjoy an extra-long scrub. So here the bush shower stands in all its glory, thanks to an innovative determined young creative woman who had a vision .. and lots of energy . Now ready for the next extension to take place which will be a rain harvest roof and a tank .Which means somewhere down the track we can replace the water solar bag with perhaps a more permanent water heater of some sort ready for the next dry spell tribe gathering . Till then With lots of mosquito coils ..it makes a nice meditation place overlooking the serenity of the bush.

18.01.2022 I came across this little family of mushrooms the other day on my morning bike ride . Not only did they invite me to capture the morning essence of their beauty and grace but also to reflect into how much we really do have in common with this beautiful fungi and the networking of how they are interacting with each other, trying to help each other survive. It’s the same for us at this present moment in time . It’s a time not to judge but support. We all hold different opinions of who and what is right or wrong. But does it really matter ? We are all in this together , so lets unite with love and compassion for each other . Build a healthy network . After all we are all trying to find our own truth in this moment to help us survive and simply put .. Love conquers all
17.01.2022 I'm at the beginning of a little road trip, and this time I plan to road trip easefully . Which means stopping and exploring places that call out to me along the way. First calling ...Boundry falls Gibraltar range . Fully alive in the abundance of beauty and renewed cleansing energy flow . Such a delight
15.01.2022 My morning beach walk I founded this little spiral shell , and couldn't help but find her a string of black pearls and a womb to rest in . She drew me back to my awareness of the simplicity but complexities that exist within nature and .... within our lives . The spiral fascinates me . They have this soft , delicate flowing feminine energy . They remind me of our own spiral dance in life .How we continually evolve a little more each time we journey into ... our inward spiral and explore her depths. She moves us deeper into our inner knowing ,our truths about who we really are , what we desire, what we long for. She connects us to our creativity, our feminine energy, our flow, our essence . 12.01.2022 Now is the moment to be a bungee jumper without the cord. There is a tremendous sense of exhilaration if we can take the jump and move into the unknown, even if it scares us to death. And when we take trust to the level of the quantum leap, we don't make any elaborate plans or preparations. No, we just jump , with hardly a thought for what happens next. . The leap is the thing and the thrill of it as we freefall through the empty sky.... Dont waste your life for that which is going to be taken away. TRUST LIFE. If you trust , only then can you put your mind aside . And with trust something immense will open up. Thank you Osho

03.01.2022 My roadtrip finished today with an early morning calling to the misty beauty of Ebor Falls. Though it looks to me ...from my lenses anyway ...that I also awakened the presence of this magestic water spirit rising up in all its glory to greet the new day . The mystical world of nature
02.01.2022 The better we know ourselves the more we are able to provide a safe santuary for change within us. The less we fear the change in the world around us. To stay with the unfamiliarities of emotions as they rise to this change without suppressing or fighting them....... Feel them all ...the fear, confusion,the joys...the excitement. To allow them to organically evolve, express, then integrate without struggle or resistance .. ..opens the heart into surrender and trust..... knowing everything is happening exactly how it is meant to . 02.01.2022 It's been nearly a year since I've posted on this page . Like for many of us, it's been a year of rapid change and transition as the new world dawned upon us. Personally.... it's been a year of moving deeper into my own embodied feminine journey . Amongst the losses, gains and fullness that this change has brought, it's also given me the opportunity to restore reflect and realign . Not quite sure what the future will bring forth as I emerge back into this new life . All that feels right for now is to honour the "ease" and trust the unfolding . Blessings Mez
