14.01.2022 .....If I stuff my face long enough, I just may be able to avoid the niggling desire (my internal wisdom) to take responsibility of my circumstances...... Distracting yourself, no matter what the distraction is, will always give you an unconscious pass to avoid what needs to be transformed and healed within. Facing your stuff isn’t always pleasant, in fact it can be incredibly challenging and painful. Some may prefer to live with the pain and repetitive behaviour just so that their comfort zone (a sense of security) is not compromised, all the while aching for something different, and different never comes. It won’t fall into your lap, you have to do the work, it can be long and arduous, however, what are your options? Live a life of quiet desperation, or create the best version of yourself?

09.01.2022 Q: Reflexology! I’ve heard about it, however what is it? This question What is Reflexology sometimes comes up in conversation, so it may seem that the description Reflexology may leave some wondering and dismiss it before they experience this relaxing and valuable treatment. On those days when your feet are aching and you anticipate the pain even before you take another step, it is not only your feet that is feeling the pressure. If you were to stop and think about it,... what else is not performing at its best? Next time, observe your posture, your body language, what words are you speaking, what emotion(s) are being expressed, what thought patterns are running through your mind. I’m guessing you are not only feeling it in your feet, you may be sensitive within also. There are numerous pressure and reflex points on your feet which represent your internal organs (ie: lungs, chest, diaphragm, spleen, bladder, etc.) and systems (ie; your nervous system, digestive system, circulatory system, etc..) When persuasive gentle pressure is applied to these points your intuitive intelligence begins to respond, encouraging the body temple to align itself into balance; the first gift of appreciation your body gives is the release of tension and surrenders into relaxation.
