17.01.2022 Sharing the love! Another happy woman in her Embodycon! You know I could talk about all the super fluffy reasons I designed this dress the way I did. But the truth is it was for my own selfish reasons. I just wanted something to support my mum-tum [which I am not ashamed of] without having to wear shapewear because it just doesn't work on me. ... So I am glad my selfish findings are helping others too.

I shared a post this week in my stories from an influencer who talked about looking at old photos of yourself and thinking 'I'd kill for that now'. Knowing you weren't happy with your body then either. She said 'it's proof that it's never been about your body' Take a minute to just say thank you to your body. And just be happy within it. You are nothing without your team... 2. Being adaptable and creative is important - there is always a solution 3. Finding efficiency in processes, budgets and people is the key to success That last one is a life skill that will never leave me. For example I needed a piece of clothing that was my entire outfit and only required shoes to create a look. You might call it 'LAZINESS'. I call it 'EFFICIENT'! [FYI it turns out I can't spell efficient and have had to spellcheck it each time I typed it in!]
