20.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION SA Health have just announced that all indoor fitness centres are to CLOSE for two weeks as of MIDNIGHT tonight. This evening’s classes will remain OPEN, however if you wish to cancel out of the class you will NOT be charged for late cancelling.... We will stay on top of updates and keep our fingers crossed that with SA Health’s prompt response to this Covid cluster we will be able to open again in two weeks.

11.01.2022 Private Lessons Available Have you ever thought about private yoga lessons to enhance your practice? You may just want one lesson to master a particular pose or maybe you would like a few if you’re new to yoga. Some of our beautiful teachers are available to take private lessons which can be one-on-one or a small group of up to five or six.... Private lessons will be offered at our studio at a mutually convenient time around our class timetable. This would mean sometime during the day or on the weekend. 04.01.2022 Important Update You are probably aware that there’s a new Covid cluster in South Australia. Whilst SA Health have acted swiftly and are responding to this in a timely manner, we also need to remain on the front foot by following these steps at the studio: 1. Don’t be complacent. Practice your hand hygiene and remember we have hand sanitiser available in numerous places throughout the studio, including in our reception area upon entry. ... 2. If you have been to a hot spot area please do not practice at the studio for two weeks. 3. If you have any symptoms of cold/flu, go and have a Covid test and please do not practice at studio until you have a negative test result. We assure you that we are keeping up to date with the SA Health announcements and will adhere to the latest Government guidelines and recommendations to ensure the safety of our members. We have been through this before and we will get through it again. Let’s just all be sensible and work together We will regularly post on our social media platforms to share any further updates with you that may affect the studio.
