24.01.2022 Starting with a long fall on to it's head from which it has to find it's own legs. NVC can seem like a drop on one's head and then no one but you can integrate it and move you forward! Which is well worth the effort. Do you relate to this baby giraffe and it's attempts and eventual success in standing up? :)

13.01.2022 This morning I was reflecting on how much I used to connect the word compassion with some sort of religious way that I should be in the world. Somehow it was ...still outside of myself, a concept, something to strive for, but probably impossible to reach. As I have become more and more understanding of myself and of the precious needs that are within me that are motivating every action that I take, I find that my natural place to rest, when I loosen my judgments, is compassion. From this place of self-connection and self-understanding, I can see you with much softer eyes and a way more open heart... And all that is, is love.

We are in our third full day and Im doing daily facebook live postings, sharing learnings and insights and events and also inteviewing some of the participants. 05.01.2022 I have been avidly watching this newly posted video of Allan Rohlf sharing the story of Marshall Rosenberg and the history of how NVC started. So much I didn't know. 03.01.2022 Tonight was the beginning of the CNVC International Intensive Training in Bali. Tonight was unbelievable... Marshall would have been so so proud!!! I recon there are 20+ countries represented here from all around the world. There are people here from India, China, Nepal, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Australia, NZ, Bali, France, Germany, Switzerland,USA, Canada, Argentina and I am sure MANY I have forgotten. We even have 2 Indigineous Australians here from Alice Springs - the diversity is absolutely unbelievable. This really is magic unfolding!
