22.01.2022 My Journey 12th October 2018> 20th August 2020. Throwback to October 2018 when I was chasing the prize, the lean look and ridiculous fake tan. ... The reality of this so called ‘amazing’ look is by far not as amazing as what you think it is. So what’s the REAL difference between these two photos? No period/healthy regular period exhaustion/ high energy constant negative self talk/ self love & positive self talk not feeling skinny enough (EVER) / happy with my body and aware of where I feel most confident bad relationship with food / Love food, and no guilty feelings when I eat that slab of brownie No self awareness / high self awareness and know when to take a break when I feel tired or injured Mind & Body connection is sooo important. Thinking you want that lean look and big booty WILL NOT make you happy. It’s about how you feel inside that makes you happy. It’s about living with the negative talk, and lack of self love, and learning how to control and manage these thoughts. It’s about being completely in LOVE with who we are. It’s about being organically and truthfully YOU. I’m Rachel a Wellness Coach who thrives off coaching and helping Women to find their inner self through Mind & Body connection. 22.01.2022 To the girl who runs away when things get tough. To the girl who tells herself ‘i can do this alone’ To the girl who tells herself ‘ I have to stay strong’ ... It’s time now, to turn inwards. To accept that it’s okay to not be okay. That’s it okay to lean on others when things get tough. That it’s okay to not feel completely at one with who you are. Because somewhere in the midst of all your chaos there’s people out there who love you. People out there who are ready to see you shine again. Who are ready to take the journey will you every step of the way. So be kind to yourself. Stop. Breathe. Rest and reassure yourself that who you are and where your going is the universe guiding you to be the being your blossoming to be.

20.01.2022 MENTAL HEALTH & COVID I was speaking to a man yesterday as I was working, and he works with mental health patients and potential suicide clients. He said that he starts work early in the morning and sometimes doesn’t finish until 10pm at night. He said COVID has brought the worst suicide rates to his work that he has ever seen. ... And this really brought some reality into the world for me. We are constantly worried about the person next to us, sneezing or breathing on us that we simply forget to ask ARE YOU OKAY? Many of us have lost our jobs, can’t see family, can’t do the things we love and enjoy, can’t see our elderly grandparents, can’t travel... we have simply lost the freedom of our own lives. I do understand COVID is serious, but let’s not forget about our mental health, and others! So next time you’re queuing in your 1.5m distancing just catch eye contact with the next person and ask ‘Are you okay today?’ I’ve decided I will be putting together some anxiety based Meditations and Journaling to help those suffering in these times to help relax and stay calm. This doesn’t mean you have to hit the gym 6 days a week or go on some crazy diet. ... It can be as simple as taking 30 minutes out of your day to meditate. Meditation has show to have some amazing results for reducing stress which can have a huge impact on our future health. It can be as simple as moving more. Walking to work instead of driving, or heading for a walk instead of binge watching that Netflix show. The excuse ‘we don’t have time’ is utter rubbish. 01.01.2022 Time to take a break Sometimes we just need to take a break to re align and re assess. I’ve realised I’ve completely lost my path, who I am and what I desire so I’ll be taking a well earned break from work and socials to find myself again, and where my passion lies. ... So here’s to meditation, yoga, sunbathing by the beach and reading books to take a journey inwards to find my soul. Times of hardship make me stronger that’s for sure. So it’s time to embrace my new path, to enlighten the world around me and find peace with who I am You should do the same Namaste
