21.01.2022 Welcome to 2021 girls! Hope you all have had a great break, but I know I can't wait to get going again. This week we are working on motivation and movement. With the equipment dialled down, we'll be able to get your heart rates up as well as your energy levels.... All safety measures are in place and we are recording with QR code and in writing. Social distancing and thoroughly cleaning every 30 minutes, will continue. We are planning on adding more sessions to hopefully ensure that everyone can workout at a time that suits, so your feedback on this will be appreciated. I can't wait to see you all again and help us all to work towards a healthy and happy 2021 Love the eMbrace team

08.01.2022 Hi girls Thanks to the hot weather forecast we will be closed tomorrow afternoon. If you are planning to attend in the afternoon and would like to book in for a morning session please let me know. Hopefully Tuesday will be cooler and afternoon sessions will resume. See you all tomorrow
05.01.2022 Wow girls! What a year it's been!! Thank you all for your support and understanding during this very interesting year. We had a location change and lots of small but important changes to how we operate. Eveyone has eMbraced these changes and enjoyed being together again. We are now closed, but will be reopening from 7.00am on the 4th January and I know I'll be ready to get back on track.... Both the landlord and I wish you and all your families a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New year. Love Megan and Tony.
