25.01.2022 This is so appropriate for me today. Tomorrow is the 10th Anniversary of my husbands passing so I’ll be posting photos tomorrow on my personal page. There is something very cathartic about looking at happy memory photos. Facebook memories is great for this.

As for being worthy, we all deserve to be loved. If you feel inclined, share a photo of someone who loves you or a pet. I’ll go first.

04.01.2022 Are your expectations of yourself realistic? Self criticism is a huge issue & can be a tricky one to deal with. The first step is to become aware that you are doing it. Often we don’t even notice. Once you become aware, call yourself out. Is what you are saying actually true. I bet it’s not. The more you notice & question it, the less you will do it.
