22.01.2022 Hey there :) A face to the name.. My name is Jayde, I live in Rosedale & I'm a Hypnobirthing Mumma of 2! Billie & Jamison - my two biggest motivators in life and in my career. The reason I fell in love with positive birthing.. positive birth education!... I am a major childbirth nerd, I love watching birth videos, hearing all birth stories, all about pregnancy and babies and beyond! I think its the biggest experience of most peoples lives; pregnancy, birth & parenthood. How we feel during pregnancy and our births has SUCH a huge impact on our start to 'mummahood' & parenthood, it really shapes our mental health as we step into our new roles as Mothers & Fathers. I began meditating a few years ago on my own personal mental health journey trying to pull myself out of a really long funk.. I learnt very quickly the impressive power of just breathing. The same breathing we use in the Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program, we call it relaxation breathing, focusing and bringing your attention to your breath is the quickest and easiest way to calm your nerves, calm your mind and every inch of your body! its incredibly simple but works every time!
