24.01.2022 Our Program is based on Positive Psychology principles with really well planned activities to really embed the learning of each of our key topics - Identity, Strengths, Positive Friendship, Growth Mindset, Resilience, Gratitude and Mindfulness. Our activites include Arts & Craft, Dancing, Acting and Role Plays, Growth Mindset Activities with a bouncy ball and so much more!

16.01.2022 So grateful! I cant wait to get started with the Gifts of Imperfection Course next Mon day at BNC! Excitingly we are fully booked. YAY! I know there was lots of interest in an Evening or Weekend course so please can you email Sue at BNC and register your interest in an after hours session and we will see if we can make that happen. At Embrace we like to have small group numbers as we feel its the best way to support each other and to really embed the learning from the curric...ulum. Our Gifts Group has only 5 participants so there is plenty of space for the learning and the laughs! Wholeheartedly Syndi :)

04.01.2022 Its All About Me - We love our Girl Power Books and its a great way for the girls to remember all the tips and tricks they learnt about friendships, their own strengths, friendship fires and how to be the best version of yourself with a growth mindset!

Nothing stays the same no matter how hard we wish, pray or hope!
