20.01.2022 Embroidery Source Stage 4 Restricted Trading Information. In response to the Stage 4 Restrictions announced by the Victorian government, Embroidery Source Pty Ltd will reopen for business with reduced staff and a Covid-Safe Plan in place on Monday 10 Aug 2020, to accommodate and supply our customers who are providing a service to essential businesses. (Permitted Industry as set out in the DHHS website) We will be closed on Thursday 6 Aug and Friday 7 Aug to make the relevant ...changes required by law. We have implemented the following changes to reflect the way we will operate from Monday 10th August 2020 for this 6 week period: There are 3 ways to place an order with us during this time: 1. Phone: 03 9499 9492 2. Email: [email protected] 3. Online: www.embroiderysource.com.au All orders placed will be shipped with our freight partners. Our trade counter will be closed for orders and pick-ups until stage 4 restrictions are lifted. We do reiterate that No Pick Ups will be possible. All orders will be processed as quickly as possible, but please be aware there may be some delays due to our reduced staff, and freight delays beyond our control. Other Restrictions in place until the Stage 4 lockdown is lifted: Our Showroom will remain closed and no machinery demonstrations will be possible. Customers are not permitted to visit our premises. We have temporarily moved to an online model. Technical and Software support will be available via email and phone. Our customers and staff health and safety is our number one priority during this time. We prefer customers who are wanting to pick up orders to please call, email or place an online order ahead of time so we can have your orders ready upon arrival in-store for you. 09.01.2022 This was a design ran by a customer who just received his new Barudan CBIII single head embroidery machine. He was blown away by the fact it was 160,000 stitches and not a single thread break. Thanks for letting us share this stitch out Steve!

09.01.2022 By the directions given in the guidelines of DHHS we will be closing for the 6 weeks of lockdown. We are continuing to explore avenues, but we believe the answer will be textbook. Without a permit, we cannot trade for 6 weeks. It wouldn't be the right thing to do. If we manage to obtain a permit, we will reopen under the Covidsafe instructions and we will notify you all by whatever means we can.... But for now, we will be shut from 5pm tomorrow until the 13th of September. We will miss you, please stay safe, and we'll see you all in 6 weeks.
