21.01.2022 Hi everyone, As you are all aware, we had to cancel our Market day in February due to commitments within the rest of the business. This growth has continued and has led us to the decision of cancelling all future market days and all further orders. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, as we know many of you will be extremely disappointed.... 01.01.2022 It's that time of year again when I start harassing people about Hams for Christmas. For those that have had them before they are the same great Ham at the same price, $9.50 kg. For those that haven't tried them, and wonder about the price compared to the Supermarkets, ours are a traditional woodsmoked ham, done the old way. The Supermarkets will be cheaper, but the Hams are not a patch on ours. If you are interested let me know via pm or text (0437 645839) so you don't miss out. Jason

01.01.2022 With Christmas fast approaching don't forget to place your orders for your hams. Did you know that our hams are all processed on the Darling Downs. This small shop uses a time honoured method and real wood smoke to produce a ham which are second to none. There is nothing mass produced or processed about our hams. Thay are all individually hung in the smokehouse to ensure the best quality every time. Why don't you pick one up this weekend and find out for yourself.
