20.01.2022 Another reason why using platforms like Airbnb can have serious consequences, as a professional short term rental agency we qualify each guest and have strict processes in place. It's about time that Airbnb lift its socks - but kicking the burden&responsibility over to owners is not enough, the platform needs to do more to support hosts/managers who take appropriate action to cancel/remove guests who break rules and negatively impact the local environment and amenity !
