20.01.2022 Another reason why using platforms like Airbnb can have serious consequences, as a professional short term rental agency we qualify each guest and have strict processes in place. It's about time that Airbnb lift its socks - but kicking the burden&responsibility over to owners is not enough, the platform needs to do more to support hosts/managers who take appropriate action to cancel/remove guests who break rules and negatively impact the local environment and amenity !

17.01.2022 The NSW Government released its Draft Code of Conduct into the Short Term Rental Industry and we have been featured in the media: https://www.illawarramercury.com.au//cracking-down-on-th/

15.01.2022 Please be advised: NSW Govt. imposed Level 2 Water Restrictions 1/12/19 which include but not limited to: "hosing of hard surfaces is not permitted, unless in an emergency & a permit is required before filling a pool of any size." https://www.nsw.gov.au//level-2-water-restrictions-to-sta/ Emerald + Aqua unreservedly apologises to any guest who feels 'disappointed' &/or 'put out' by these current restrictions. We and our professional team of cleaners and trades do our best to minimise the impacts of these increasingly dramatic weather events & hope that you can over these small inconveniences.
