23.01.2022 URGENT ADVICE To our members and visitors, due to the following advice from ABA all club activities are suspended until further advised. EAC Ranges are closed effective immediately. Please see advise from ABA below.... Dear ABA Community, It is with regret that the Australian Bowhunters Association wishes to advise that the National Safari will be postponed until further notice. All nomination fees will be fully refunded. All Branch shoots and activities to be suspended immediately until the 30th April, subject to further review. We recommend all club shoots and activities to be suspended immediately until the 30th April, subject to further review. There are insurance implications to those Clubs who choose to still host club shoots and activities.

22.01.2022 Hi Archery fans! We are getting closer to reopening but there will be quite a few changes that we need to make. Could all members please check the EAC Members group for the latest update. Unfortunately we are not able to open the club for visitors at the moment but please keep in contact because were keen to invite you along as soon as we can.

19.01.2022 Hi All, We are opening Saturday this weekend. The club will be hosting an open day for the guides but we will still run a morning club round if there are members interested. New starter sessions on from 2pm, if anyone is interested in a new starters session please contact the club.

18.01.2022 Members we will open Sunday 8:00 am for a social shoot for financial members of club and ABA. A few points to note, you will need to bring your own food and drinks, pen and personal sanitiser as well as correct change for fees. Please be sure you have read and agreed to our Covid plan available in the members group. Hope to see you all there to break in the new range.

Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child or young person, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers.... Who's eligible? Eligible applicants are Queensland children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who either: hold or whose parent/carer/guardian holds a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the child’s name on it If a parent/carer is currently receiving JobSeeker payments, they are eligible for a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, and can apply for a FairPlay voucher using this card. are identified by a registered referral agent.

10.01.2022 Was a fantastic day out at the club Sunday with plenty of old faces and some new ones as well. As the weather starts to cool off its a great time to dust of the bow and join us for a social shoot from 8:30 Sunday mornings.

10.01.2022 May 2020 will see us start our Indoor Archery social shoots. Still finalising the times but will be held in the evenings through the week. This is a great opportunity for those that would like to try archery it lack the time over the weekend. If youre interested in being kept in the loop on date and times be sure to let us know.
