14.01.2022 So this weekend I did a Remedial Stone Fusion course - sounds pretty great eh? Its a combination of Remedial and Hot Stone Massage using hot basalt stones. Remedial techniques combined with Hot Stone techniques are very effective as the heat penetrates directly into congested tissue, reducing pain, stiffness and tension. Its totally relaxing and feels amazing. Looking forward to introducing Hot Stone Massage to my treatments in the coming weeks!
