10.01.2022 Sometimes it takes a pandemic or the turn of a new year to prompt us to decide to set a new standard. A new standard for our health, for our relationships, for our finances, our career. These circumstances can guide us to go inward to the seat of discontentment, to the cause of the discomfort, to realise the effect that we have been living it and to make changes. The beauty is that this opportunity is alive in any moment. Our bodies are full of wisdom and wisdom is alive wi...thin relation and all of the answers are within those spaces when we are open to listen. Sometimes the moments when we decide to make changes require a build up charge, where what we do not want for ourselves, do not want to become comes so close to our reality that it provides the momentum to run toward a better promise for ourselves.
