01.01.2022 The Power Of Social Media :: Usage There are over 3.8 billion social media users worldwide, which equates to more than half the global population...that's huge! Most users log in daily to their accounts, and you can bet they want to see you there!... When I check my personal accounts, most of the (unpaid) posts on my feed are from businesses I follow, with a few from friends mixed in between. Being front and centre on your customers screens (and minds) increases the chances they are going to use your services or refer your business to other friends when they ask for recommendations...something I do all the time. So, if your small business isn't actively posting...you're missing out on free exposure and more importantly building relationships with your customer base.
