20.01.2022 Participants in the Emerging Community Leaders program design, develop and implement a community project as part of their commitment to the Tasmanian community and to put into practice the learnings from the program. In 2018 participants delivered four fantastic projects. This is a video showing the delivery and outcomes of the creativity in the car park project.... The team provided children and families in East Devonport community with an opportunity to celebrate their community and their aspirations through creative arts.

14.01.2022 Team GORGEous, one of the 2019 Emerging Community Leaders teams is launching their pilot project tomorrow at the Gorge in Launceston. They are seeking to raise awareness of skin cancer rates and encourage the use of sun protection by installing a free sunscreen dispenser at the Cataract Gorge.
