Additionally, increasing food variety via adding condiments increased ad libitum intake at a single meal by up to 300 calories. Going as far back as 1974, Morrison coined the term The Variety Effect which describes the observation that humans and animals increase the amount of food consumed when they are exposed to multiple foods with different tastes, textures, odours and appearances. If hunger management is an issue for you, Id suggest keeping ingredients to max 4-5 per meal for a satiety cheat code.

This is a quick workout, but itll still get you a good pump on. . 1min work period, 30sec rest, three rounds through per exercise set: 1. Stiff leg dead into squat 2. Lat raise into bi curl... 3. Lunge into abduction 4. Shoulder press into tri extension 5. 15 Snow angels into 15pushups til time. 6. At the end of that, perform each exercise back to back, untimed for 15reps each. Break for 1min and repeat this step again. .
