16.01.2022 T O D A Y S W O R K O U T 500m jog warm up 10 incline hill sprints 60 incline lunges ... 2 min plank 500 walk cool down It’s been a while since I’ve done incline sprints and didn’t my body know it. I wanted to stop so bad after 4, but kept saying to myself, just do another 2. Before I knew it - 10 incline sprints were done! It’s amazing how strong our mind is - but only if we let it. See more

Chop and cook onion (I used a red onion as that’s all I had), spring onion and 2 garlic cloves, egg omelette, bacon, carrot, peas and corn with sesame oil. 2. Combine with cooked brown rice.... 3.
