01.01.2022 #Repost @chrisdines_ (@get_repost) EMERSONS tucked away within the adina vineyard, emerson’s was the epitome of how to do simple dishes well :) we had the set menu for a very affordable $65pp (for 4 choices of dishes per person). we got to pick what we wanted from the entrees, mains, sides and dessert and received a shared portion of each dish (smaller than if we ordered off the a la carte). we enjoyed all dishes (which is rare for me) and were super satisfied by the end - from pate and oysters (as always) to roast pork and beef cheek (not pictured because it was kinda dark haha but it was SO TENDER) to the sides (cauliflower and potatoes) to the dessert (pannacotta and apple tarte tatin). the negroni was also goooooood.
