Site - Internal finishes : Started from level 3 Site - Fitout rough in (From Lv10) : Started Safety : No new LTI’s in 2015 We still have a lot of works remaining and we look forward to continuing onwards and upwards following the break. Sunland Group’s sculptural Abian residential tower, located at the entrance to the historic Botanic Gardens in Brisbane’s CBD, is now entirely sold. 03.01.2022 Last week in our 3 offices we helped raise vital funds for Cancer Council, through Australia's Biggest Morning Tea. With everyone's help we managed to raise $500!!! Here are a few photos we took on the day!

02.01.2022 92.5 Gold FM launched on Friday 10th June its annual charity initiative, Give Me 5 for Kids, and raised over $40,000 in the first five days. EMF Griffiths are very happy to be a part of this fundraiser and have donated $6,000 which will go to Gold Coast University Hospital and Tweed Hospital’s Children’s Wards.
