23.01.2022 As restrictions ease we will be able to recommence our memberships from tomorrow!! YAY! This means all members will be able to train as much as they like during staffed hours As we are unable to open 24hrs we will be extending staffed hours at specific clubs to accomodate. All our direct debits will be recommencing from tomorrow. Fitness Passport are not open for business, weekly passes will be available to purchase at reception. If you are unable to recommence training ...please pop into the club between the hours of 10am and 4pm to complete any memberships amendments. Due to our new training requirements our staff will be unable to assist with any amendments during peak hours. When entering the club you will be required to manually checkin with our reception staff, and allocate the zone you wish to train in during your session. With the Covid Safe plans all gyms will be split into zones for member safety. But never fear with the size of our clubs there will be plenty of room for everyone. Upon first entry you will need to confirm your details with reception to ensure we follow our Covid safe plan, this may cause a minor delay with entry into club so feel free to pop in 5mins earlier to accomodate. No bookings required for the gym online, only at reception when you checkin to the club, please avoid peak hours where possible to reduce available for everyone. Classes will re commence Monday (check the app for class times) Bookings will be required for classes by the EMF Fitness App as usual, available in the App Store EMF HYGEINE STANDARDS: - Wash your hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitiser upon arrival - Ensure you have a clean towel - Wipe equipment before and after use - Remember to keep 1.5m unless from same household - LOCKERS, SHOWERS & WATER BUBBLERS NOT IN USE If you feel unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms please refrain from entering the gym. 19.01.2022 Such an Amazing 12 Week Transformation from Ilona! Losing almost 30kgs! Trained by personal Trainer, Curtis. If you see Ilona in club be sure to congratulate he...r! This is what Ilona had to say: "Before I started this challenge I didn’t want to do it because I had to take half naked photos and had zero confidence but enough was enough I had to do this for my kids and my family. Words can’t describe how happy I am to have added a few more years to my life to be on this earth longer with my kids and my loved ones gaining my health back, my biggest fear is leaving them behind and that is exactly what would have happened if I kept gaining the weight. This was the harsh truth that snapped me out of it and I was ready to make the change. The first day of the EMF 12 week challenge I had tunnel vision discipline above all I definitely wasn’t gonna use my kids as an excuse if anything, I use them as my motivation. When I had my bad days and felt down I looked at them and it reminded me why I’m doing this challenge and I did it for all the mothers out there that are like me who think there stuck and can’t do it, if I can do it you can do it too. It’s all a mental game, You are in control of your mind, don’t let it control you. fix your mental health, fix the way you think and everything else will follow. I understand mothers have to work twice as hard with juggling busy lives with children but we are so much stronger then we think. You are not alone!! Hard work pays off. Now I feel like I’m ready to take on the world, i've gained so much life I feel like I’ve already won at life and I’m so happy now. This is just the beginning for me and I’m ready to take on the next chapter in my life. Arrive 5-10 mins prior to booked time at front entrance. No use of the shower or bubbler facilities during this time. Must clean & sanitise all equipment before and after use. All members must bring a clean towel and water bottle and must practise social distancing of 1.5m. Must have exited the area on time to not hold up the following scheduled bookings.
