25.01.2022 This is Joan. She has 9 kids and turned 90 yesterday! She was one of my first customers and I have been doing her garden for over 5 years now. When its gets too wet to work shes gives me a cup of tea and we watch Harrys practice together. Happy Birthday Joan

22.01.2022 My Anemones are out already. You know what they say, "keep your friends close but your anemones closer".

22.01.2022 A cute little native bee in my garden this morning.

20.01.2022 Not the best day for gardening, but a good day to put all your indoor babies outside to give them a good soaking of wonderful cloud juices.

19.01.2022 A pretty blue wren I spotted in Byford..hes on the hunt for some juicy insects.

19.01.2022 It's getting so dang hot. Your garden is probably struggling through the heat, just like me. This article has some good tips to keep your garden alive over the summer.

18.01.2022 Spring has sprung!

15.01.2022 As much as I enjoy self isolation, gardening is not cancelled. I still need funds for my tp stockpile.

14.01.2022 Can't say I am a huge fan of roses but I do admire their resilience. If you haven't done so already now is the time to prune the spikey buggers.

12.01.2022 Hope my garden looks as cute as this when I'm 80.

11.01.2022 The new hedger is living up to it's price tag. #egotools

10.01.2022 Bec's Garden. Before and then a couple of years later ... Patience brings good things.

09.01.2022 Found this cute friend jumping around today. with Jane Axcell

09.01.2022 Thought I'd share some pretties I've seen blooming in the past few days..especially in Margarets mostly native garden. The birds, bees and I are loving it.

09.01.2022 PLANT OF THE DAY (while i wait for the rain to cease). Royena lucida...A lovely shrub. Well suited to Perth's tough conditions. It has pretty white flowers in the warmer months, which the bees adore and the new growth is a vibrant red. So lushious..

07.01.2022 Steven and Cecilias vegie/herb garden. Before and 1 month later. Now they can come and harvest their own organic, nutrient rich produce. Heck yeah.

05.01.2022 Another year, another spade.. Merry Christmas to all. I will be back early January (hopefully with a stronger spade)

05.01.2022 Fake lawn or artificial turf not only increases the heat island effect. Its terrible for the environment and kills the good guys in the soil underneath. You cant walk on it in summer and if you dog uses it as a toilet it absolutely stinks! also near impossible to rake up leaves..you have to vaccuum it like carpet. Boo to fake lawn I say. https://www.facebook.com/1440916232792902/posts/2649864081898105/

04.01.2022 Going to be a warm day. Don't forget to put some fresh water out for the birds. Whack some rocks and sticks in there too so the little insects that visit don't drown.

03.01.2022 Met a new lady at work today. She's very good at cultivating soil and has a keen interest in organic pest control.

01.01.2022 Look at this guy enjoying this lovely Spring day. He's carrying some precious little cargo on his legs known as POLLEN! To attract them in your garden plant some: Lavender, Daisies, Alyssum, Nasturtiums. Anything that flowers.. diversity is the key. They looove those purples. Also stop using pesticides. ...
